Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational health with mediating professional ethics. In this study, employees of social security organizationa of Ardebil Province was the case study. Population of this study consists of all social security employees in Ardabil Province (N=340). Random sampling was used and based on the Cochran Table, 181 participants were chosen. This study was done twofolds: first, research and second theoretical. In theoretical part, needed information was collected by library method and in research sector, data were collected by surveying. In order to analyze data, SPSS and Lisrel software were used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership compoentents (perspective, membership, organizational commitment, performance feedback and altruism) with organizational health with mediating professional ethics. Based on the findings, it is recommended to consider spiritual leadership as one of the factors can affect organizational health.
