Abstract :
Background: The contemporary world is a continuous flux and issues which poses are multifaceted and complex. Networks are tools of enhancing stakeholders participation in policy-making process and solve these issues. In the meantime, the digitalization of economy especially in banking industry is a recent phenomenon that countries should form policies in this field in a scientific framework. Objective: The research objective is actors and their synergistic interactions identification in policy-making network of Iran’s digital banking. Methodology: In an inductive approach, this study uses mixed exploratory method which Thematic Analysis is used in its qualitative part to identify the actors and their synergistic relations and Confirmatory Factor Analysis and PLS software are applied in its quantitative part to validate the findings of research qualitative part. The research sample includes the country’s policy-making experts in economics and banking and interview and questionnaire are used as the tools of data collection. Findings: The identification of actors involved in the policy-making network of digital banking and their synergistic relations and interactions in Iran’s public management context was done. Conclusion: It is necessary to accentuate the outstanding role of actors’ network in policy-making formation and implementation, to make sure about the succession of policy-making process.
