This research aimed to examine the relationship between knowledge ‎management and creativity of primary school educational assistants in ‎district 4 of Tehran and the correlation method was used. The statistical ‎population consisted of all educational assistants in primary schools in ‎district 4 of Education Organization in Tehran and sample size was ‎‎180. Using Morgan table 118 was determined as the sample size and ‎were selected by simple randomized sampling. In order to collect data, ‎two questionnaires of Sharon Lawson knowledge management and ‎research made creativity questionnaire were used. Validity of ‎questionnaires was measured using opinion of respected professors, ‎study of scientific resources and observing of similar questionnaire and ‎its reliability was measured through Cronbach's alpha (knowledge ‎management was equal to 0.722 and creativity was equal to 0.858). In ‎order to analyze research data, different single sample analyses and ‎Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling that is a ‎combination of confirmatory factor analysis and T path analysis was ‎used. The results showed that the mean of all aspects of knowledge ‎management was significantly lower than the standard mean. Of all ‎aspects of knowledge management (knowledge creation, knowledge ‎capture, knowledge organization, dissemination of knowledge, and ‎application of knowledge except knowledge storage) had a positive and ‎significant relationship creativity of educational assistants.‎ Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for creativity development for teachers of the first elementary school in Tehran. To this end, the required data was collected based on the combination of exploratory (qualitative and quantitative) research approaches in two sections of qualitative (based on data base) and quantitative (based on cross-sectional survey method). In the qualitative field of research, experts and academic experts (university professors in the field of management) were selected through purposive sampling of snowball type. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview. The data collection in the 20th interview resulted in theoretical saturation of the data and during this phase the interviews were stopped. The results of coding based on the data base method led to the failure of 120 open source codes, 19 pivot codes and 6 selected individual, organizational, educational, environmental, socio-cultural and ethical codes. The population under study in the quantitative section was 619 people, including all teachers, managers and experts in the first elementary school of education in Tehran with a master's degree in humanities. Based on the fact that the variance of society was not available, Morgan and Krejcy's tables were used to determine the sample size of 273 people. Data analysis in the quantitative section showed that chi-square (), goodness of fitness, well-balanced fit index, root mean error and approximate squares of the qualitative section of the research were confirmed. Background: Paying attention to happiness and creativity and investigating its impact on the numerous dimensions of individuals’ lives is one of the public aims and targets. One of the different instruments to implement this mission is the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. Purpose: The present research is descriptive, and its type is content analysis (qualitative and quantitative). The population of the study was the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (2011), consisted of 8 chapters in 63 pages in 2018, and was investigated, and the whole population was considered as the sample. The research instrument in content analysis is carried out by the software and researcher-made check-out inventory. In this research, happiness is analyzed on the basis of New Theory of Rehabilitation and the concepts of happiness and self-actualization designed by Seligman (2011) (13 major categories and 19 minor categories). Creativity stages based on Vallece (1924) taxonomy in 4 steps including 1) readiness, 2) hiddenness, 3) inspiration, and 4) achievement were investigated. The research validity was approved by 5 pertinent experts. In order to determine research reliability, a psychologist recoded the 3rd chapter, and Scott Reliability Coefficient equaled with 0.83 was approved. Results: The descriptive-analytical methods were used to analyze data, MAXQDA software was used to organize and analyze data. After determining indices frequency, Shannon Entropy Method was used. About creativity, the highest amount with related information to achievement stage is 0.259, and the highest amount of significance coefficient related to inspiration stage is 0.272. About the components of happiness, the amount of information load of individual improvability component is 0.192, scientific optimism is 0.166, and positive relations in organizational sector (national). The highest and lowest amount is respectively is related to the components of meaning, purpose in individual dimension is 0.017 and the positive relations is 0.020. Conclusion: Based on research results, it can be said that to the creativity stages are not paid attention, also, the happiness components are not equally considered. Therefore, in the future revisions, other components must be considered and educational planners must implement on the basis of that those revisions.   Manuscript profile
