Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational performance through creativity mediation among Tehran University staff. Method: The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes all the staff of Tehran University and simple sampling method. The data gathering tool was Karl Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Hers's organizational performance, and Goldsmith's organizational readiness questionnaire, which was distributed among the sample population. Validity and reliability tests were performed using SPSS v22 software. The hypotheses of this study were tested using structural equation modeling and Smart-PLS v2 software. Findings: The results show that the three-way coefficients between organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational performance (9.279, 6.382, and 2.218, respectively) are higher than 1.96, which suggests that the direct impact of organizational intelligence on organizational performance as well as indirect impact Organizational intelligence has a significant effect on organizational performance through the mediator of creativity at the confidence level of 0.95 and confirms all four research hypotheses. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the direct effect of organizational intelligence on organizational performance as well as the indirect effect of organizational intelligence on organizational performance through the intermediary variable of creativity is significant at a confidence level of 0.95 and has a positive significant relationship.
