Identifying the dimensions and components of developing a human resource management development system based on a new approach to e-learning and virtual education in educational organizations

Abstract :
The present research aims to identify the dimensions and components for developing a human resource management development system based on a modern approach to E- learning in educational organizations. This study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative data-driven in nature. The research tool includes semi-structured interviews, the validity and reliability of which have been examined and confirmed. The statistical population consists of specialists in the field of human resource management development and education, with a sample of 12 professors and experts in this field selected through purposeful sampling. After collecting the interviews, the data were analyzed using Atlas.ti software through a three-stage coding process (open, axial, and selective). The results of the analysis revealed that the components of manager credibility, educational system, educational infrastructure, development of electronic education, and profitability of electronic education were identified as the dimensions and components of the human resource management development system based on a modern approach to electronic and virtual education in educational organizations. Additionally, the results indicated that the component of cost effectiveness of E-learning received the highest score, while the educational system component had the lowest average. Therefore, the use of an electronic education approach can help improve efficiency and productivity in educational organizations. Enhancing technical infrastructure and providing specialized training for managers and staff are essential actions for the successful implementation of this approach.
