Study of the teaching methods of the Alpha generation from the perspective of elementary school teachers

Abstract :

The present study aimed to study the teaching methods of the Alpha generation from the perspective of elementary school teachers, which was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of content analysis. The statistical population included expert teachers, educational group leaders, educational supervisors, elementary school in Karaj city, and the statistical sample was 20 people who were selected by snowball method. The research tool included a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was calculated and approved by the CVR method and the reliability by the split-half method. The results were obtained from three-stage coding (open, axial and selective). The results showed that the two main categories of extracted themes included modern and active teaching methods (methods in which the student actively and dynamically learns) and appropriate learning tools including smart and electronic tools, artificial intelligence and other modern learning technologies, which are needed for the teaching-learning process and can help the teachers' teaching process to optimize education.
