        This study investigates the effectiveness of mindfulness based cognitive therapy on the rate of using negative auotomatic thoughts in women with major depressive patients in mashhad. Participants were 24 depressed women clients, randomly selected and randomly designated to 2 groups (one experimental group and one control group) The present experiment is of pre test, post test, control group kind.         The basic aim of the present study, the efficacy of group counseling on ways to analyze the interactive relationship between positive Tghyyrkhvdpndarh conscript soldiers were imprisoned Bojnourd. The objective of this research, and application of the method of Xie experimental pretest - posttest control group.The study population comprised all 1389 draftees who were in prison serving Bojnourd, Among which 30 (15 experimental and 15 control group) with random sampling in the two groups were assignment. Sense of self back to collect test data were used in the first and last treatment. Group tests for 3 months, and over 10 sessions per week under a 90-minute group counseling session, the connection dialog, were The control group received no treatment intervention.The data results from independent t-tests showed that the performance of two Test and control groups before the intervention, there is no significant difference, But this difference in the two groups was significantly increased after intervention.         The present research attempts to provide a model to improve living quality in the dorms of the 12 districts of Islamic Azad University. The corpus studied in this research was all the students living in the dorms of these  12 districts of the Islamic Azad University, who were studying at different levels of education in the academic year of 1392-1393. Using a multistage cluster sampling method, 350 of these students living in the dorms were chosen. The "applied method"  from the target point of view and from the view point of type, "the Background method" were the methodologies followed in this research. Questionnaires were thus provided   to measure all the factors and elements affecting the living quality in the dorms both in the current and ideal situations. In order to interpret the obtained data, the frequency distribution tables, and bar charts as well as mean and standard deviation  techniqueswere used while Kolmogorov Smirnov test was applied to provide answers to the research questions. Besides, the discovery factor analysis methodology was followed to identify the major parameters while in order to devise the relevant model, "the structural equation modeling" technique was applied. The final results obtained through the research can thus be summarized as follows: -Technological, socio-cultural, psychological, physical anatomical, hygienic and man power parameters were the major elements affecting the living standard of the students staying at the dorms. -technology  affects the living quality both directly and through socio-cultural as well as psychological factors. -Man power affects the living quality both directly and through socio-cultural as well as psychological factors. -Psychological factors not only directly affect  the living quality but they also act as a medium relating the hygienic, technological and physical-anatomical parameters to the living quality. -Socio-cultural factors not only directly affect  the living quality but they also act as a medium relating all the other parameters to the living quality. -the hygienic factor does not have a direct effect on the living quality but it affects the quality of living through socio-cultural and psychological parameters. -the physical anatomical features do not have a direct effect on the living quality but they affect it through socio-cultural and psychological parameters.         The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of metacognition and mindfulness training on Organizational citizenship Behavior (OCB). Semi-experimental research method was used. The population of all teachers studying at the Farhangian University of North Khorasan (Bojnoord) 93-1392 academic year are the total number of 540 student. Using cluster random sampling three classes of 90 students were selected randomly In the experimental group (60 cases) and control group (30 cases). To one of the experimental groups were taught mindfulness and metacognition to others group. Questionnaire to measure Organizational citizenship Behavior Podskoff and colleagues (1990) were used. Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis of covariance.         The present study aims to examine the relationship between happiness, self-esteem with social development in elementary schools students of Mashhad in the academic year of 92-93 . In doing so, 400 participants from elementary schools were selected using random sampling. The sample responded to the oxford happiness scale and cooper smith(1987) and Vinland social development scale(1988). Data analysis involved both descriptive and inferential statistics including mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Social development showed significant correlation with happiness and self-esteem. Results of multi regression analysis also revealed that overall, happiness and  self-esteem  can predict 0/47 changes of Social development in elementary school students Manuscript profile

        The purpose of present research is to investigate the quality of theoretical teaching performance, the subject matter and content of mathematical lesson planning and the procedure of students’ assessment and evaluation. The quality of teaching performance The content of lesson planning The procedure of assessment and evaluation This research is a kind of qualitative and descriptive one by using questionnaire.  The study population consisted of a random selection of 100 students as well as the whole of 20 professors of mathematical department involved in the research. The results and findings of this research showed that: The quality of theoretical teaching performance from point of view of the professors is above the average level. The quality of theoretical teaching performance from point of view of the students is near to the average level. The content of teaching plan from point of view of the professors is above the average level. The content of teaching plan from point of view of the students is above the average level.
