        The aim of the Present study was to investigate the relationship of family cohesion, emotional autonomy and adjustment with academic self- handicapping in girl and boy students of third grade guidance school in Ahvaz city. The sample consisted of 330 subjects (173 girls and 157 boys) who were selected through multi-stage clustering sampling method. The instruments used for this study were Academic Self- Handicapping Scale; Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS); Emotional Autonomy Scale and Family Cohesion Scale. In order to analyze data Pearson correlation coefficient and multi-variable regression analysis was used. The results in level (p<0/001) showed that there is a significant negative correlation between family cohesion (and its sub scale) with academic self- handicapping. There is a significant positive correlation between emotional Autonomy (and its sub scale) with academic self- handicapping. Also there is a significant positive correlation between adjustment (and its sub scale) with academic self- handicapping .In addition, the results of regression analysis also indicated that multiple relationship among family cohesion, emotional autonomy and adjustment with academic self- handicapping in students was statistically significant.   Manuscript profile

        The study aims to find the relationship between Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and job morale among the personnel of Islamic Azad University, Ghaemshar branch. Considering the importance of education and development of employees and improvement of organizations with affiliated personnel must be recognized and we must remove all the obstacles to achieve our goals. Emotional intelligence can be the most important factor, and general aim for this research lies in the consideration between Emotional intelligence and professional satisfaction that must be the most important factor in organization development and revenue.  Out of 208 official staff of university (152 male, 56 female), with diploma, associated degree, BSC or BA and MSC or MA (Except staffs who are under diploma). Using Morgans and Kerjesi tables, 136 staffs (41 female and 95 male) were selected. The research method was correlation and the instruments included: standard questionnaires related to Emotional intelligence of Brodberi and Griyoz, standard questionnaires of job satisfaction of Visoki and Krom and the researcher's questionnaire remained for job morale.  To analyze the data, descriptive statistics was used (frequency distribution tables, diagrams and percent) and the well-known statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient, independent test, variance analysis, ANOVA and regression) was used as well. The result of this study has shown there is not any meaningful relationship in this statistical community between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, but there is a meaningful relationship between job morale and emotional intelligence, and education and gender have not any effect on studied variables.         This research is a comparative study of experts  and teachers’ view point  about the disadvantage of guidance school citizenship education  curriculum. It is an applied  research and research method is survey . The statistical  population is the experts in education  department and faculty members of department  of education of   Qazvin  university and   guidance  school male and female teachers .  Using ratio  stratified  random sampling , 241 persons were  selected.  The data gathering  instrument was a researcher made questionnaire  with 80 questions. The validity and reliability of the instrument were determined through content validation and Cronbach Alpha. The main finding of the research is that there is significant differences between experts  and teachers’  view point  about the inadequacy of the citizenship education in junior curriculum.    Manuscript profile

        Quality in higher education is not a fixed point and static, but it is a dynamic and a strategic goal and an Islamic duty. It is one of the fundamental issues that universities and educational institutions are facing. The purpose of this research study is to identify and rank factors in order to improve the quality of higher education in Islamic Azad University, branches, Mazandaran Province. The method of research is descriptive. The study units include all students of Islamic Azad University, Mazandaran Province, in the 88-89 school year with 4,589 students, form which, 357 persons were used as final samples. To collect information from a researcher-designed questionnaire was used. Its validity and related professionals have been approved by teachers and reliability coefficients of 0.92 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha formula. For data analysis SPSS software and statistical methods in descriptive and inferential level was used. The obtained results have shown that factors members, teaching method organizing educational content, university facilities, faculty members, status and students, status in order to improve the quality of higher education are effective, the influence of  members, status is more than other factors.         This study aims to shed light on the educational and welfare problems faced by  students at Islamic Azad University, Qazvin Branch, drawing on customer-oriented approach. The study is based on modified  Servqual paradigm which covers 6 dimensions involving the quality of educational services and students' welfare services. Out of 6 hypotheses  proposed by the study, 3  hypotheses were rejected . Those hypotheses indicating the significant difference were considered. The study uses surveying method and draws on an integrated model. Morgan formula was used to determine the sample size.  As a result, 296 subjects were distributed in four  colleges both randomly and in classified manner. To collect data, the study used questionnaire and interview which incorporated 7-option  questions and inquiries  regarding the perception and knowledge of current situation .
