The present study aims to discover the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational spirituality on job burnout and to study the possible mediation of organizational learning in between. The statistical population of this study consisted of all the second stage of highschool teachers of the Iranian of Mashad who were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. This research is applicative, in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of nature and method. The data collection tools are questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using face and structural validity and the reliability was ssconfirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Structural equation modeling and PLS4 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data. The results contribute to new knowledge that both organizational spirituality and ethical leadership have a direct and reversal relationship with the organizational burnout and in the meantime organizational learning Plays a mediating role through reducing the effects of organizational burnout among the employees improving the anti-productive organizational behaviours, while receiving a direct and positive effect from both the ethical leadership and organizational spirituality. According to the confirmation of all the research hypotheses, suggestions have been made regarding how to choose and train the school managers and how to eliminate and reduce organizational burnout among the teachers. Language is one of the important cultural issues that there are different views on it in different cultures. Examining intercultural similarities and differences can help to better understand cultures. Educational institutions in societies, as influential elements in culture, are directly or indirectly affected by this issue. The purpose of this article was to identify and compare the similarities and differences between bilingual education in Iran and the United States and Australia. This research is a documentary study with an analytical-comparative approach based on comparative analysis based on "Berdy" method. Research data has been collected through official databases, library documents, research reports and searches on the websites of the Ministry of Education of the countries under study. The research population has been bilingual education activities in selected countries. In this study, countries were purposefully selected. The findings show that bilingual education is more or less present in all three countries, but the United States has officially started bilingual education earlier than Australia and Iran. The findings also showed that all the countries studied have programs for bilingual education, but the difference between them is that some countries such as the United States and Australia have several programs (transitional, immersion and two-way) for bilingual education, but Iran uses only structured immersion. The aim of the present research was to analyze and explain the necessity of a virtual mathematics curriculum for elementary education. The research method employed was content analysis, and the statistical population consisted of previous studies and documents that were aligned with the criteria of the present research. A sample of 36 articles was selected for examination using purposive sampling. In this study, a qualitative approach was used to analyze the data based on the content analysis method, categorizing the data into fundamental themes, organizing themes, and overarching themes. All key points and important ideas related to the virtual mathematics curriculum for elementary education were identified as fundamental themes within three important domains: technology, teacher, and student. Subsequently, through the analysis of the primary data, co-grouping codes with similar concepts were combined, and organizing themes emerged. In the next stage, these themes were identified and determined as overarching themes in four components: objectives, content, teaching methods, and assessment methods for the virtual mathematics curriculum for elementary education. Finally, based on the identified organizing and overarching themes, a thematic network related to the topic of virtual mathematics education was depicted. According to the findings of the present research, focusing on the drawn thematic network can significantly contribute to identifying influential factors in the virtual mathematics curriculum and shedding light on its unknown dimensions. It can serve as a foundation for further studies and research in this field. Manuscript profile

Positive development during adolescence has lifelong consequences; developmental assets frameworks contribute to the well-being of newcomers, including avoiding high-risk behaviors and engaging in positive or thriving behaviors. One of the main concerns of educational systems is trying to find ways to improve students' academic performance. The statistical population of the research was all ninth grade students of Qazvin province. Various psychological factors can affect academic performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of internal and external developmental assets in predicting the academic performance of ninth grade students in work and technology and social studies. With the cluster sampling strategy, the questionnaires were provided to the students in a Shad environment. Regression analysis was used to determine the contribution of independent variables in predicting the dependent variable. The results of the present study indicate that the correlation (relationship) between the variable of developmental assets and its subscales and students 'performance in work and technology and social studies is significant, which with increasing students' developmental assets score, their academic performance also improves. According to various researches, students suffer a lot of stress during their studies. Academic stress, if intensified or continued, causes problems in the field of mental health and well-being. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the factors affecting academic stress. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of explaining academic stress based on perfectionism and personality traits with the mediation of academic enthusiasm. The current research was of a descriptive-correlation type. The statistical population of the research included all 6470 male and female secondary school students of Kashan city. 400 students (200 boys and 200 girls) were selected by cluster sampling method and were administered the Godzilla Academic Stress Questionnaire (SLSI), the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Questionnaire (MPS), the Neo Personality Personality Questionnaire (NEO-FFI) and the questionnaire Fredericks et al (AES) responded. The evaluation of the proposed model was done using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the proposed model has an acceptable fit. Also, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between perfectionism, personality traits and academic enthusiasm with academic stress. In addition, the results of the path analysis showed that academic enthusiasm plays a mediating role in the relationship between perfectionism and openness to experience with academic stress. The findings of the present research have practical implications for educational psychologists and school counselors for preventive educational interventions to control and prevent academic stress of students Manuscript profile

The present research aimed to design a model for enhancing the online teaching-learning process based on theoretical studies and the lived experience of professionals and practitioners of the online teaching and learning process. The research method was mixed (first qualitative and then quantitative). In the first step, using meta-synthesis, the factors for the enhancement of the online teaching-learning process were extracted from theoretical and research backgrounds with qualitative methods using MAXQDA 2018 software. In the second step, relevant factors were obtained using the phenomenological method of Van Manen (2016) from the lived experiences of professionals and practitioners in the virtual learning process, and in the third step, the initial model was compiled using the obtained factors. Before editing the final model, a 59-item questionnaire containing items from the qualitative phase was developed and distributed among 25 professionals and practitioners in the virtual learning process of higher education. The content validity ratio (CVR) of model items was calculated, and after omitting some items, 48 items remained. To validate the final model, a 48-item questionnaire was also distributed among 25 samples, and the validity of the items was confirmed with mean and standard deviation and t-test, and the final model for enhancing the online teaching-learning process was formulated based on four themes: the capabilities of the educational system, teacher competency, learner competency, and family structure.
