The purpose of this study is to provide a structural interpretive model of human resource agility in government organizations. This research was applied in terms of purpose and was conducted with a combined approach. Data collection tools were semi-structured in-depth interviews and the statistical population included senior managers of government agencies, 14 of whom were selected by purposive sampling (to achieve theoretical saturation). The model was validated based on the results of the interview, using interpretive structural modeling, design, and its validity and reliability. The results led to the development of 5 levels of manpower agility. The first level - the most important level - related to the organizational performance variable, the second level was allocated to productivity and the third to perceptual skills, planning and contemplation. Communication, team and job skills were ranked at the fourth level and personality variables at the fifth level. This model can be an effective help in creating the necessary infrastructure to improve the level of human resource agility in organizations. Manuscript profile

Each steel company buys the raw materials it needs from the manufacturers in question, thus forming supply chains with network properties. Therefore, there is a need to conduct performance research to improve the performance of these chains. In studies, the study of specific structures in the supply chain has received less attention. In this research, we have tried to examine the network and how to evaluate its performance in the presence of uncontrollable, undesirable factors. For this purpose, network DEA models are proposed that evaluate the performance of the chain in the presence of uncontrollable inputs and outputs, undesirable output even in its internal structure. Then, 11 present steel companies, the corresponding chain of each of which has two stages, were evaluated by the presented models in 1398. The designed model was based on the network Data Envelopment Analysis of tailored the companies under study and their efficiency was calculated. Based on the results, one company under the first stage and one company under the second stage were recognized as efficient, and all companies had a total efficiency of less than one. Over recent years, business-to-business (B2B) firms have been growingly using digital content marketing to strengthen their relationships with customers. However, most companies disregard the importance of aligning the content marketing strategy with their competitiveness goals. Furthermore, no previous research has been performed to provide a comprehensive framework to implement content marketing in line with the firm’s competitiveness objectives. Hence, this research aims to theoretically contribute to content marketing literature by presenting a conceptual model for planning B2B digital content marketing strategy in line with the firm’s competitiveness goals. For this, a conceptual review was conducted. In light of our findings from this review, effective factors for implementing successful B2B content marketing were identified. Then, the main pillars of B2B content marketing in line with the firms’ competitiveness goals were extracted. Next, the conceptual model of the research was presented. Finally, the relationships between identified variables of the model were tested using the Partial Least Squares method in Smart PLS. Based on our findings, we argue that in order to implement effective digital content marketing in B2B contexts, it is essential to deploy an integrated approach that considers customers’ needs as well as the competitiveness goals of the firm. In recent years, the growth of social media and the increase in their use by customers, has made the media a tool for the company to communicate with consumers. The purpose of this research is to validate digital marketing based on marketing intelligence in Isaco. The research has been quantitative and descriptive-applied. The statistical population included all employees of Isaco and other affiliates in the field of marketing and sales. The statistical sample consisted of 340 people based on the rules of sample size in structural equations and randomly available methods. According to the research findings, all correlations had values less than 0.8, so the existence of multiple common linear relationships between variables is ruled out. The value of average variance extracted for the variables of this study is between 0.7759 and 0.5098, which is more than the minimum value of 0.5. Findings showed that digital marketing has a significant effect on marketing intelligence. It has a path coefficient of digital marketing variables and marketing intelligence which is 0.784 and T-statistic is 12.254. GOF index is 0.39, which indicates a strong fit of the model and validity. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this article was to investigate the role of exchange rate fluctuations on private sector investment in housing in Tehran. For this purpose, statistical data for the period 1970-2020 based on the frequency of annual data and the Markov switching regime approach have been used. In general, the developments in the housing sector play an essential role in intensifying the fluctuations of prosperity and stagnation of economic activities. Fluctuations in the return on other assets, such as currency, will affect demand for housing. When a monetary shock occurs, it changes the opportunity cost of maintaining durable goods, including housing, by changing interest rates, and this shock is due in part to the demand for housing resulting from the demand for services. The result of this property affects the housing. The results of this study showed that the exchange rate in the two currency regimes of high and low fluctuations has affected the investment of the private sector in housing in Tehran. The results also showed that the stability of the regime with high fluctuations in exchange rate volatility is greater than the stability of the regime with low fluctuations in exchange rate volatility.
