ارزیابی یک کتاب درسی ELT: یک معیار دو مرحله ای

Abstract :
اکنون کاملاً اثبات شده است که مواد درسی ممکن است فراتر از یادگیری زبانی که ارائه می دهند ، تأثیر داشته باشند. از این رو ، در این مطالعه سعی شده است تا نکات مثبت و منفی یک کتاب درسی Summit 2B که در حال حاضر به طور گسترده در کلاس های EFL ایران مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد ، بررسی شود. این کتاب درسی بر اساس الگویی ارائه شده است که توسطand Shaw (1993) McDonough بر اساس دو مرحله ارزیابی خارجی و داخلی ارزیابی شده است. ارزیابی انتقادی این کتاب درسی از نظر طرح ، محتوا ، نوع زبان ، فعالیتهای مختلف ، وظایف و همچنین مهارتهای مورد تأکید انجام شده است. یافته ها نشان داد که هر چند به نظر می رسد کاستی هایی نیز وجود دارد، ولی این کتاب Summit 2B در مقایسه با سایر کتابهای درسی که تاکنون در کلاسهای مختلف زبان استفاده می شده است ، برای تأمین نیازهای زبان آموزان EFL کارآمدتر است. بر این اساس ، بررسی و ارزیابی این کتاب از نظر آموزشی و همچنین ویژگی های کارآمدی متناسب با متن مطالعه حاضر بسیار سودآور و ارزشمند است. سرانجام ، پیامدهای مربوط به کارایی این کتاب درسی خاص به عنوان نتیجه ارزیابی آن مطرح شده و نقاط قوت و ضعف مربوط به آن مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
