Recognition and prioritization of outsourcing components in Lorestan Province of Education (With a consecutive mixed approach)

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the components of outsourcing in education in Lorestan province. The research method was a consecutive (qualitative-quantitative) mixed approach. The research approach was one of combined type under which in qualitative part theme analysis method and in quantitative part descriptive survey method was applied. The sampling method was simple random in the qualitative stratified part and in the quantitative part in order to create the same conditions for the statistical population to be included in the sample. Statistical society had the number of 152 persons (University professors have authored in the field of outsourcing, staff experts, principals of vocational schools that have outsourced students' skills, and principals of non-governmental schools) and in qualitative part semi- structured interview to theoretically saturation of the dates was continued with 14 Experts (University Professors). Also in quantitative part data collection was done in whole numbers with the help of outsourcing questionnaire and due to the coronavirus epidemic was done virtually (final coefficient of 78%). 38 basic components and 5 structuring components were prioritized after several reviews and analysis of the collected data through interview, inclusive theme, respectively: financial department, education, equipment’s, human resources and internal processes identification based on Friedman test. The result is that outsourcing, while providing the required educational facilities and equipment and providing support and technological needs, has been effective in attracting specialized personnel and creating entrepreneurial fields and can reduce costs in education in Lorestan province.
