Identifying Influencing Corporate Culture’s Elements on Knowledge Management’s Establishment in National Library and Archives of IR of Iran

Abstract :
This study has been focused on establishment of knowledge management influenced by corporate culture’s bases. Its methodology was survey- analytics as well as exploratory-applicable one as goal. Delphi technic was applied as a research performing in two rounds. First round was done through experts as a purposed sampling to identify qualitative variables. Second round as a simple random sampling was completed via Morgan table in National Library & Archived of I.R. of Iran. Output of Kendall Test approved the variables in First round. In second round, after estimating the validity and reliability, then intensity and type of correlation in linkages were tested by Spearman. As well regression test was calculated to predict amounts of changes and effects in linkages between variables to confirm the directions and significations. As an innovative facet, it was categorized the importance of bases based on independence variables through Friedman test. Results showed the effect of identified organizational culture’s elements on three dimensions of knowledge management establishment and beside the relations were meaningful and positive but being some differences in the intensities of relations. Maximum amount belongs to effective linkage of fundamental concepts on knowledge management equal to 62% as well as minimum amount belongs to effective linkage of artifacts to identifying knowledge equal to 16%.
