        This study has been focused on establishment of knowledge management influenced by corporate culture’s bases. Its methodology was survey- analytics as well as exploratory-applicable one as goal. Delphi technic was applied as a research performing in two rounds. First round was done through experts as a purposed sampling to identify qualitative variables. Second round as a simple random sampling was completed via Morgan table in National Library & Archived of I.R. of Iran. Output of Kendall Test approved the variables in First round. In second round, after estimating the validity and reliability, then intensity and type of correlation in linkages were tested by Spearman. As well regression test was calculated to predict amounts of changes and effects in linkages between variables to confirm the directions and significations. As an innovative facet, it was categorized the importance of bases based on independence variables through Friedman test. Results showed the effect of identified organizational culture’s elements on three dimensions of knowledge management establishment and beside the relations were meaningful and positive but being some differences in the intensities of relations. Maximum amount belongs to effective linkage of fundamental concepts on knowledge management equal to 62% as well as minimum amount belongs to effective linkage of artifacts to identifying knowledge equal to 16%.         Usually, change plans are faced with obstacles and resistance from employees so experts confirmed on organizational culture as a factor for improving change management. This study aimed to evaluate the components of organizational culture on change management improvement. For this purpose, seven hypotheses were explaining to assess the relationship between organizational culture components (participation - integrity - Flexibility - Values and Norms - Risk Disclosure - innovation – organizational support) and change management.This study was an applied descriptive - correlational research and the main tool for gathering information was questionnaire that organizational Culture components was based on bigliardi and colleagues (2012) and change management model based on Adkar that presented an implemented by haitt (2006) too. This questionnaire was distributed among Iran Kish Credit Company and finally 198 valid questionnaires were collected, and thereby, gathered data was analyzed by regression test. The results of this research, prepared a more comprehensive approach to the relationship between culture and change management. The results show that the components of organizational culture include of participation, integration, flexibility, support and values had effective impact on change management and two components include risk climate and innovation, with no significant influence on change management.          Introduction and Goal: This study aimed to investigate the effect of institutional management style is based on impulse. This study sought to answer the question of what impact an organization's management style on motivation? Methodology: The research method is survey. The population of the study, all researchers from religious research centers of in Qom, which is obtained numbers 200 through Cochran formula. Reliability of questionnaire were measured With Cronbach's alpha. data analyze with Descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient. Findings: Analysis of the findings showed that the management style with three components of innovation, commitment and recognition effect on institutional motivation with four components of satisfaction, security, participation and attitudes. The results show that by upgrading components an management style in organization, level motivation increase. Management style affects on corporate culture cause certain type of procedures and organizational behavior, able to increase level of job satisfaction, job security, collaborate with colleagues and a positive attitude towards the organization.
