Abstract :

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between moral capital and the performance and job satisfaction of secondary school teachers in district 16 of Tehran. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population included all secondary school teachers of region 16 in 1402-1403, who were selected by stratified random sampling and using Cochran's formula, 339 people were selected. To collect data, Ghasemi's moral capital questionnaire (2017) (reliability 0.86), Susan Linz's standard job satisfaction questionnaire (2003) (reliability 0.87) and Patterson's job performance questionnaire (2002) (reliability 0.84) were used. . Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the dimensions of moral capital are related to the job performance of secondary school teachers in the 16th district of Tehran (P<0.01). The dimensions of moral capital are related to the job satisfaction of secondary school teachers in the 16th district of Tehran (P<0.01). Job performance is related to the job satisfaction of secondary school teachers in district 16 of Tehran (P<0.01). Finally, according to the results of the research, it can be said that there is a positive and significant relationship between moral capital and teachers' performance and job satisfaction
