Relationship between moral orientation and spirituality and achievement motivation in the staff of education administration

Abstract :
Introduction: The purpose of this research was investigation of the relationship between moral orientation and spirituality from Mostafa Malekian’s point of view and achievement motivation in the staff of education administration. Observing the ethics and moral values as one of the most important things have been considered in most organizations.
research methodology: The research method was descriptive_ correlational and the study population was all the employees of the Marvdasht education administration was 121 people. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size for the distribution of questionnaires, and by using this table; it was found that the number of samples required were 92 employees of the Department of Marvdasht education administration. Then, the findings of the study were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistical methods including regression and Pearson correlation test.
Findings: Results showed that Moral orientation and spirituality is a significant predictor for staff’s motivation for development. There are not significant differences between the motivation for development and moral orientation and spirituality, based on gender of staff. There are not significant differences between the motivation for development and moral orientation and spirituality, based on education of staff.
Conclusion: Totalling of the research was a significant relationship between moral orientation and spirituality and motivation for development among employees of the education administration. So it is suggested that increase spirituality among the staff, so that achievement motivation will be developed.
