امکان سنجی آموزش راهبردهای ارتباطی از دیدگاه معلمان و دانشجویان زبان انگلیسی

Abstract :
پژوهش حاضر سعی در بررسی ادراکات معلمان و دانشآموزان از امکان آموزش راهبردهای ارتباطی (CSs) در بین زبانآموزان پیش متوسطه انگلیسی بهعنوان یک زبان خارجی دارد. مروری بر ادبیات مرتبط نشان میدهد که آموزشپذیری CSs منبع بحث و جدل در میان محققان مختلف بوده است. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش 20 معلم زبان انگلیسی و 110 دانشجوی آنها از سه دانشگاه و یک موسسه خصوصی در تبریز بودند. در این مطالعه ترکیبی از سه ابزار تحقیق برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد: آزمون مهارت زبان، پرسشنامه اصلاح شده و مصاحبه ساختاریافته. مرحله کمی شامل اجرای پرسشنامه CSs در ابتدا و انتهای دوره و دستورالعمل های مربوط به این استراتژی ها به مدت 12 هفته بود. مرحله کیفی شامل تجزیه و تحلیل پاسخ های معلمان به مصاحبه و کدگذاری نظرات به صورت موضوعی توسط محقق بود. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای کمی با اجرای آزمون تی زوجی، مشخص شد که دانشجویان زبان انگلیسی امکان آموزش راهبردهای ارتباطی را تأیید کرده و پیشنهاد میکنند که CSها قابل آموزش و مفید هستند. مفهوم مهم پژوهش این است که آموزش استراتژی عامل پیشرفت بوده و آموزش راهبردهای ارتباطی از نظر آموزشی امکان پذیر بوده و آموزش آنها برای دانش آموزان مفید است.
