        Information literacy embraces the ability to access useful information and to have the awareness of organizing knowledge and information which require different search methods and most effective diagnostic information for problem solving and decision-making. Those who lack these abilities are continuously confused in the vast ocean of information. This study investigated designing model of educators’ information literacy at agricultural technical schools in Mazandaran Province, Iran. The date analyses methods used in this study involved a combination of descriptive and quantitative research. The statistical population consisted of 155 educators of agricultural technical schools in Mazandaran Province. The questionnaire validity was approved by the university professors and many of the educational system experts. The theta coefficients for each section were between 80 and 95 percent. The descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data using SPSS16 and Smart PLS2 software. The results showed that the educators had good information literacy. It was found that four variables of the field of study, work experience, age and social factor determined 66.3 percent of the variance in educators’ information literacy at agricultural technical schools.         Occupational performance serves as one of the most influential components in organizations incorporating an important part of organizational studies. One of the factors that is expected to lead performance in contravention of the organization's goals is the problem of job burnout. Therefore, the aim of this research was to investigate the job burnout role on occupational performance of experts in Jihad Agriculture Organization of Mazandaran, Iran. The statistical population comprised 255 experts; 155 experts were selected for the study using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire composed of two sections of job burnout section encompassing issues on emotional fatigue, personal accomplishment failure, depersonalization and conflict, and occupational performance section covering areas like ability, role clarity, support, encouragement, assessment, credibility and environment. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts' opinions. Also, based on the average variance extracted (0.554 >AVE< 0.741) and composite reliability (0.846 >CR < 0.944), the questionnaire had a convergent validity and appropriate reliability. SPSS16 and Smart PLS2 software were used to analyze the data. The achieved results of the research showed that job burnout had a significant negative impact on occupational performance of experts in Jihad Agriculture Organization. According to the achieved results of the research, it is recommended to create incentives such as giving responsibility to experts and encouraging and respecting them. Manuscript profile

        Production management is the best and foremost factor in exploiting the production factors more desirably and advantageously. Accordingly, the present study sought to evaluate the factors affecting the gardening management skills among citrus farmers in Sari, north of Iran. The statistical population for the study was 12,800 people. The stratified random sampling using the Cochran test was applied, and 250 subjects were selected for the study. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire, the content validity of which was confirmed by the agricultural and extension experts and its reliability was estimated by Cronbach's alpha as to be 0.94. The data analysis results showed that the respondents’ gardening management skills was at high (41.6%) and average levels (54.1%). Considering the research findings, there was a significant positive correlation at the one percent level between citrus farmers’ gardening management skills and social, knowledge, attitude, educational factors, the total cultivated area and gardening experience. Also, there was a significant positive correlation at the five percent level between citrus farmers’ gardening management skills and the garden area, citrus annual income and the distance of the garden to the agriculture center. Considering the stepwise regression results, 45.7% of the variation in respondents’ gardening management skills was accounted for by three variables of knowledge, educational factor and the total area of cultivated land, serving as the best predictor of citrus farmers’ gardening management skills in Sari.         The present study investigated factors affecting risk management by women rice farmers in the township of Sari in Iran. The statistical population comprised 1677 women who cultivate rice in Sari; 248 women were selected for the study using stratified random sampling. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSSWin16 software. The Chronbach’s alpha was 0.84 and the ordinal theta was 0.89. It was found that the women rice farmers were more willing to consult with agricultural experts, were aware of appropriate planting and harvesting times and used collaborative rice farming, such as for planting, in their risk management. Risk management among women rice cultivators in Sari County was influenced by numerous factors. It was found that 29.3% of the variance in risk management by the women was determined by the extent of financial difficulty, their education levels and borrowing resources. Manuscript profile

        The study aimed at investigating the role of social capital incitrus growers’ empowerment in Sari County. The statisticalpopulation comprised 12 800 citrus growers in Sari County.The stratified random sampling was employed in this study inan attempt to recruit 291 individuals as prospective participants.Data collection tool was a questionnaire. In order to establishits content validity, several copies of the questionnaire weredistributed among professionals and experts, their opinions onthe validity of the questionnaire were polled, and the necessaryadjustments were applied based on their insightful comments.Cronbach's alpha was reported as 0.87 for the questionnaire.SPSS (Ver. 16) was used for data analysis. The average socialcapital level and citrus growers’ empowerment were at a highlevel. The indices of meaning, trust, impact, competence, andself-determination ranked first to fifth among the citrus growers’empowerment in Sari. The awareness, participation, interactions,solidarity, and social trust were prioritized from the first to thefifth among the citrus growers’ social capital in Sari. The regressionanalysis showed that 12.4 percent of the citrus growers’empowerment variance was explained by social capital, andthat social capital played an important role accounting for 35.6percent of citrus growers’ empowerment.
