اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر شفقت خود بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مرد شهر اصفهان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی به شیوه درمان متمرکز برشفقت، بر شفقت خود بیماران مرد مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهراصفهان بود.روش: در این مطالعه که یک کار نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و از مردان مراجعه کننده به انجمن ام اس انتحاب شد که از میان آنها تعداد 30 نفر به طور تصادفی، به دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در مرحله ی پیش آزمون به منظور سنجش میزان شفقت خود، از پرسشنامه شفقت خود استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش تحت درمان متمرکز بر شفقت طی 8 جلسه ی 90 دقیقه ای قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل، هیچ گونه درمانی دریافت نکرد. در مرحله پس از آزمون پرسشنامه فوق روی هر دو گروه مجددا اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس کواریانس مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافتهها : نتایج پژوهش به خوبی نشان داد که در مرحله پس آزمون، نمره شفقت خود گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معنا داری افزایش یافت. بنا براین گروه درمانی، درمان متمرکز بر شفقت در افزایش شفقت خود در مردان مبتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس موثر بوده است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج بر اهمیت کاربرد این مداخلات در شفقت خود افراد مبتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس و ارائه افقهای جدید در مداخلات بالینی بیماران تاکید دارد.
