چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش، مقایسهی اثربخشي بسته آموزشي خوشبختي زناشويي با رویکرد سیستمی مشکل مدار مک مستر، بر تعارضات زوجين متعارض بود.
روش: پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا نيمه آزمايشي (از نوع طرح پيش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه كنترل) بود. جامعه آماری آن زوجین متعارض شهرشهرکرد بود. نمونه آماری 48 نفراز زوجين متعارض که به صورت تصادفی در 3 گروه 16 نفری تقسیم گردید بود. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه جمعآوری شد. روایی محتوا (با تایید متخصصان) انجام شد. پایایی به روش آلفایکرونباخ برابر 90/0 محاسبه شد. برای مقایسهی اثربخشی (8 زوج برای بسته آموزشی زوجین خوشبخت، 8 زوج برای رویکرد مک مستر و 8 زوج جهت گروه کنترل) به صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید. برای هر گروه،10 جلسه آموزش برگزار شد ولی گروه کنترل هیچ گونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. دادهها در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون جمعآوری و با استفاده از نرمافزارSPSS24 و آزمون تحلیلکوواریانس (مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد هر دو «بستهی خوشبختی زناشویی» و «رویکرد مک مستر» بر کاهش تعارضات زوجين تأثیر گذار بود اما «بستهی خوشبختی زناشویی» بیشتر از رویکرد مک مستر بر این کاهش تاثیر داشت (01/0≥p).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش میتواند مورد استفاده مراکز مشاوره و روانشناسی، آموزش و پرورش، انجمن اولیا و مربیان، سازمان بهزیستی و کلیه نهادهای فرهنگی قرار گیرد.
Introduction:The purpose of the research was to compare the effectiveness of the educational package of marital happiness with McMaster's problem-oriented systemic approach on the conflicts of conflicted couples.
Method:The research was applied in terms of purpose and semi-experimental in terms of execution method (pre-test-post-test design with control group). The statistical population of those conflicted couples was Shahreh Kord. The statistical sample consisted of 48 conflicting couples who were randomly divided into 3 groups of 16 people. The data was collected through a questionnaire. Content validity (with expert approval) was done. Reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method as 0.90. To compare the effectiveness (8 couples for the happy couples training package, 8 couples for the McMaster approach and 8 couples for the control group) were randomly selected. For each group, 10 training sessions were held, but the control group did not receive any training. The data was collected in two phases, pre-test and post-test, and analyzed using SPSS24 software and analysis of covariance.
Findings:The results showed that both "marital happiness package" and "McMaster's approach" were effective in reducing couples' conflicts, but "marital happiness package" had a greater effect on this reduction than McMaster's approach (01/01), 0≥p).
Conclusion:The results of the research can be used by psychology and counseling centers, education, parents and teachers association, welfare organization and all cultural institutions.
