رابطه سواد دیجیتالی و ادراک موفقیت شغلی در معلمان پیشدبستانی: نقش میانجیگری اشتیاق شغلی

چکیده مقاله :
اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين رابطه سواد دیجیتالی و ادراک موفقیت شغلی در معلمان پیشدبستانی با نقش میانجیگری اشتیاق شغلی انجام شده است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بوده است. جامعه آماري، تعداد 384 نفر معلمان پیشدبستانی شهر بغداد در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ بوده اند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگيري دردسترس تعداد ۲۰۰ نفر انتخاب و به پرسشنامههای پژوهش شامل سواد دیجیتالی توحیدی اصل و نیک اقبالزاده (1394)، ادراک موفقیت شغلی نبی (2000)، اشتیاق شغلی اوترخت و همکاران (2004) پاسخ داده اند. براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از نرمافزارهاي Spss نسخه 26 و Pls استفاده شد. پايايي از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي سواد دیجیتالی ۹۰/۰، ادراک موفقیت شغلی 84/0 و اشتیاق شغلی 81/۰ درصد بدست آمد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که سواد دیجیتالی بر ادراک موفقیت شغلی معلمان با نقش میانجی اشتیاق شغلی تاثیر دارد.
The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between digital literacy and the perception of career success among preschool teachers: the mediating role of job enthusiasm This research is applied in terms of its objective, and the method of data collection is field and descriptive, of a correlational type. The statistical population consisted of 384 preschool teachers in the city of Baghdad during the academic year 2023-2024. A sample of 200 teachers was selected using the Cochran's formula and a convenience sampling method. Participants completed questionnaires on digital literacy Tohidi Asl & Nik Iqbalzadeh (2015), perceived career success Nabi (2000), and job enthusiasm Utrecht et al (2004). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 and PLS. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients were 0.90 for digital literacy, 0.84 for perceived career success and 0.81 for job enthusiasm. The findings revealed that digital literacy had a significant impact on preschool teachers' perceived career success, with job enthusiasm acting as a mediator.
