چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه چارچوب توسعه بهرهوری منابع انسانی در تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان فارس با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری بود. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش، توصيفي بود که بهصورت کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، 14 نفر از خبرگان تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان فارس بود که بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. صحت و اعتبار یافتهها توسط 5 نفر از مشارکت کنندگان، قابلیت اطمینان دادهها، توسط دو کدگذار بهغیر از گروه تحقیق و روایی محتوایی مفاهیم، توسط اساتید دانشگاه بازبینی و تأیید شد. در مرحله بعد، پس از حذف کدهای تکراری، کدهای مشابه، یکسان سازی و کدهای کم اهمیت یا بیارتباط با تربیت بدنی و سلامت آموزش و پرورش با استفاده از غربالگری دلفی حذف شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و فرم خودتعاملی ساختاری بود. برای تعیین اولویتهای اقدام و سطح بندی دادهها از روش مدلیابی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. براساس یافتهها در مدل بهرهوری تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان فارس 30 شاخص اثرگذار در قالب مؤلفههای کارراهه، عوامل ساختاری، توسعه تعاملات و ارتباطات، فرایندهای اجرایی، منابع انسانی، خلاقیت و نوآوری، انگیزانندهها و سیاستگذاریها اثرگذار است. همچنین نتایج سطح بندی نشان داد، مؤلفهها در سه سطح قرار گرفته و مؤلفههای فرایندهای اجرایی و عوامل ساختاری در پایینترین سطح قرار دارند. میتوان گفت، استفاده بهینه از تجارب نیروی انسانی، تخصص و شايستگي مديران ارشد، بهرهگیری از فناوریهای روز و ایجاد فضای مناسب برای یادگیری و رشد به همراه یکپارچگی و ثبات مدیریت و اقدامات انگیزشی، ارتقاء بهرهوری در این سازمان را تسهیل و هموار میکند.
The aim of the current research was to provide a framework for the development of human resource productivity in physical education in Fars province with an interpretive structural approach. The research method in this research was descriptive which was done qualitatively. The statistical population of the research was 14 experts who were selected purposefully. The accuracy and validity of the findings were reviewed and confirmed by 5 participants, the reliability of the data by two coders other than the research group, and the content validity of the concepts by university professors. In the next step, after removing duplicate codes, similar codes, homogenization and unimportant or unrelated codes were removed using Delphi screening. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and a structured self-interaction form. Interpretive structural modeling method was used to stratify the data. Based on the findings in the physical education productivity model of Fars province, 30 effective indicators are effective in the form of career path components, structural factors, development of interactions and communications, executive processes, human resources, creativity and innovation, motivators and policies. Also, the stratification results showed that the components are placed in three levels and the components of executive processes and structural factors are at the lowest level. Optimum use of manpower experiences, use of modern technologies and creation of a suitable environment for learning and growth and motivational measures facilitate and smooth the improvement of productivity in this organization.
