Addressing the issue of comprehensive plan evaluation is considered an important tool to measure the success and feasibility of comprehensive plan proposals and will help urban planners to better deal with the problems of preparing and compiling comprehensive plans that have been prepared Become familiar. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the feasibility of the main and effective proposals in the comprehensive plan of Noorabad Mamasani City using the application of the futurology approach. The present study, in terms of applied purpose, has been conducted in terms of exploratory method at the exploratory level and based on the future research approach. In this study, using the Delphi method and the participation of 30 experts, the results were analyzed in the Mick Mac software environment, and then these factors were determined based on the importance and uncertainty, prioritization, and the most vital factors, and to identify the drivers. The key is the software (Micmac) and the script is used for the scripting wizard software. interference of officials, lack of communication with the consultant, unreasonable solutions, lack of attention to local conditions, lack of government assistance, lack of credit assistance, and lack of stable income. What is identified in the attitude toward the house is the visual and perceptual structure that is formed for the audience. Intending to evaluate the level of visual clarity in Dezful houses during the Qajar and Pahlavi periods, this article tries to analyze the course of its developments and answers the question of What was the evolution of visual clarity in Dezful houses during the Qajar and Pahlavi periods? The present research was conducted using a combined method, based on the quantitative data obtained from the Depthmap software and the analysis of these data using the method of logical reasoning. The case samples included 20 houses, which were selected purposefully, considering the lack of physical interventions, from among the houses of Dezful in the Qajar and Pahlavi periods. The results of the research show that the houses of the Pahlavi period have a higher level of Connectivity compared to the Qajar period. Also, in the Qajar period, houses with one yard are more integrated than houses with two and three yards, and according to this, the houses of the Pahlavi period are considered more integrated than the houses of the Qajar period. The results of the research on visual clarity indicate that this criterion has a lower level in the Qajar period than in the Pahlavi period Therefore, by passing from the Qajar period to the Pahlavi period, the amount of Intelligibility in the houses has increased, and it has made the houses of the Pahlavi period more legible and more visually clear than the Qajar houses. Achieving spatial justice in the distribution of public services including the provision of transportation services, storage, and ... is an important goal of urban planners. This research is applied in terms of applied and descriptive methodological analysis, which has examined the provision of a strategic structural model for the development of urban public services in terms of space justice. To study the process of doing this, indicators were first developed for this purpose. In the first step, using the ArcGIS software and the relationships existing in this software, first, the dispersion of public service indicators in the province using the Hot Spot tool and also using the GWR regression model to investigate the relationship between the Distribution of population and distribution of public services in this desert province. Subsequently, a strategic model for the development of public services was provided through the decision support model (SDSS). The results indicate that access to urban public services is inappropriate in this province, and the city of Zahedan with its strong political centrality has the best situation. One of the most important results of this research can be the production of software distribution software. Manuscript profile

One of the most important urban issues and concerns today is the disarray and inconsistency of urban facades. This disarray of urban facades has led to the visual clutter of today's cities on a macro level. Since visual clutter is created as a result of a disturbance in perception, explaining the effective criteria for visual clutter in the process of perception can be a way to solve this problem. With this aim, this research, based on studies of perceptual theories, has investigated the effective criteria for creating visual clutter in the perceptual process, and the path of the perceptual process that leads to visual clutter or relaxation has been determined. Then, the impact of the criteria was measured through a questionnaire and based on the Likert scale, and the effective criteria on visual clutter were ranked through SPSS software and using Friedman's test to determine their importance. The findings of the research show that the lack of coordination and connection of components, lack of readability, and increase of data are the most important, and new and unfamiliar data are the least important in creating visual clutter in the perception process. The Covid 19 pandemic has had many economic and social consequences, but the lower groups tended to suffer the most in terms of class, gender, ethnicity and race.  This study attempts to show the different aspects of the impact of the Corona crisis on women's quality of life. The hypothetical basis of the research is the theoretical literature on quality of life, social support, gender inequality and role system. The research hypotheses were tested using standard questionnaires of quality of life, Enrich's marital satisfaction, Phillips social support, and a researcher-made questionnaire on role weighting and social distance. The research data were collected by survey method and an electronic questionnaire available with the participation of 397 married women in Tehran and analyzed by Spss and Amos software. The results show that the Corona epidemic does not change the lives of men and women in the same way, and women are usually more vulnerable to the consequences of the virus. Women have the opportunity to enjoy a higher quality of life in the face of Corona through factors such as benefiting from the social support network, marital satisfaction, and presence in virtual social networks, despite the stress and pressure caused by the role. Today, the crisis of the lack of vehicle parking areas, especially in central urban areas, has plagued most large cities, as the lack or shortage of public parking lots because of growing urban development has engendered increased traffic jams, pollution, reduced quality of life in cities, etc. The goal of this study was to employ the Marcus Model to examine 26 public parking lots in the central areas of District 1 of the metropolis of Ahvaz using seven indicators of area, facilities, access, security, beauty, entry fees, and cleanliness through survey methods. The statistical population of the study comprised public parking lot users of the city of Ahvaz. The sample volume was 111 using the KMO and Bartlett’s test. Cronbach’s alpha of 0.861 was estimated for the reliability of the study questionnaire, which measures the accuracy and consistency of the findings. From an innovation perspective, the study aimed to broaden its focus on examining the indicators, as compared to previous research. This is because the effectiveness of each of the indicators under study varied in terms of capacity, place, thinking, user encounter, and officials’ monitoring. Also, one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods (MARCOS Model) was used to explain the study data. Study findings showed that out of the 26 public parking lots in the study area, story parking lots of Karun, Refah, Shaid Fahmide, Nakh, Shahed, etc. with the respective quantitative values of 91.37, 89.45, 87.20, 86.16, and 85.74 ranking first to fifth in terms of the seven indicators examined. Historical neighborhoods have special values inside them; and, in addition to inducing a sense of collective memories, they have to have some criteria in respect of achieving desirable environmental quality for citizens to live. From the perspective of urban planners and designers, a neighborhood as an urban space has to satisfy various needs of citizens in terms of activities as well as their spiritual requirements. In this research based on components of environmental quality in one of the neighborhoods with historical value resulting from a theoretical model presented (functional-structural, physical-spatial, and substantive), integrated analysis has been performed on the Khajeh Khezr neighborhood in Kerman. Then, after studying its weaknesses and strengths points of it based on the AIDA model, some mechanisms have been presented to promote environmental quality, based on neighborhood organization; and, related urban design projects have been defined, accordingly. In this research, the descriptive-analytical method and review of texts have been used in the form of library studies; and, case study has been applied as well as observation and questionnaire in the form of field studies. Analyzing the findings shows that inhabitants in Khajeh Khezr neighborhood are not very satisfied with the quality of the urban environment of the neighborhood. To improve the quality of the environment in Khajeh Kheza neighborhood, emphasis should be put on creating variety and balance in design, strengthening non-motorized traffic, and prioritizing organization and betterment of the neighborhood.
