        The aim of this paper is the pathology and determining the constraints of stabilizing the management systems after implementing them in the organizations. The survey population is Tabriz Oil Refining Firm, from which 94 people have been selected randomly as the samples. The stabilizing constraints have been divided to human and organizational constraints. The results show that the human constraints have more effects and are more important in comparison with organizational constraints. Also, in human constraints group the factor of non-observation of incorporating employee's satisfaction in management systems' policy have been determined as the most important constraint.         The main objective of this research is to determine the dimensions of service quality in the banking industry of Iran. For this purpose, we compared the Gronroos Services Quality Model with the data collected from the statistical population of the research. This research is an applied research and its strategy is casual. The standard questionnaire was used for collecting the data. The statistical population of the research included the customers of Pasargad banks of the Northwest who had current accounts at this bank. 287 customers of this bank were selected through cluster sampling and were studied. After confirmatory factor analysis and drawing the path diagram using Lisrel software, it became clear that the variable of functional quality of services has a direct significant effect on the mental image and perceived service quality. Also, the technical quality has a direct significant effect on the mental image and perceived service quality and finally the direct effect of perceived service quality on the customer satisfaction was proved. So, knowing the key dimensions of the quality of services in this industry and planning for their improvement can increase the satisfaction of customers and the productivity of this industry.            Manuscript profile

        Nowadays knowledge sharingas an element of knowledge management process has a key role in the development of public sector organizations. This article deals with measuring the perception of knowledge sharing culture in the public sector organizations, and investigates its relationship with organizational factors. In this regard, the relevant organizational factors were recognized using literature review on knowledge sharing culture. The data were gathered through survey method by distributing questionnaires among public sector agencies in Qazwin province. The findings of the present research indicate that there is a significant relationship between employees' perceptions of knowledge sharing culture and organizational factors as follows: management's support for knowledge sharing, organization's social interaction, organization's size, knowledge sharing technology, trust, reward structure, and status differences.         The objective of the current study is to survey the relationship between psychological hardiness and self-toleration, and vocational weariness among the personnel of Ardabil prisons. The survey population includes 100 of the personnel of Ardabil prisons that were selected by simple random sampling. The following tools were used for data collection: Kobasa’s psychological hardiness questionnaire, toleration questionnaire of Conover and Davidson and Meslash’s vocational weariness. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a direct relationship between toleration and psychological hardiness (r=0.409). There is a significant inverse relationship between toleration and emotional analysis (r=-0.386). There is also a significant inverse relationship between toleration and personality metamorphosis (r=-0.379). There is a significant inverse relationship between hardiness and emotional analysis (r=-0.344). There is a significant inverse relationship between hardiness and personality metamorphosis (r=-0.438). There isn’t a significant relationship between toleration and hardiness, and lack of personal successfulness (r=0.083). The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that toleration and hardiness have a significant role in the prediction of vocational weariness of the personnel of Ardabil prisons.         The great researchers (Draker, Tarou, Taffler, …) believe that the key to superiority in the competitions of  the 21st century and the 3rd millennium is the valuable innovationes whose creators are not just a small number of the elite of the societies and organizations, but they also include a great majority of the population and the organizations’ staff. Accurate expert estimates show that 60% of the income and 90% of the profit of some large companies result from such innovations. The importance of human resource as a factor of competitive superiority is so great that the contribution of the invisible assets (of which the human resource is one of the most important components) in the stock markets of the organizations is following a progressive and steady route. The present article is an academic research project which tries to show the important role of the man power in the educational environments and to determine the valuable indices in evaluating the university personnel, and ultimately, after presenting a framework of elevation indices for each vice-chancellor and other personnel, and by using the best methed for evaluating the human factors (360 degree method), it states the strong and weak points of each member of the personnel. Determining the framework for evaluation indices is the most important stage of this project which requires defining the comprehensive and all-embracing factors for evaluatig the personnel in such a way that no personality trait escapes notice. We hope that , by presenting the strong and weak points of the university personnel , it will be possible to take positive steps in elevating the  educational and pedagogical level and providing better services for the university students in the future.         The major purpose of this paper is to have a review of the management policy and the characteristics of managers in Islam. The issue of the management and the leadership of the managers from the viewpoint of the Islamic reliable sources and religious teachings does have some principles and requires some conditions which help the managers to achieve their organizational objectives. Nahjolbalaghae, being a reliable Islamic source in various ethical, social and political fields, deals with the managerial methods on different levels, This paper , influenced by the outlook of Hazrat Ali (peace Be Upon Him) on managements, reviews the qualities of managers and their interaction with the personnel and people.         This research has determined and evaluated the factors that affect financial reporting quality choice in Iran. The statistical popultion of this research is companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), and the research period is from 1378 to 1385. This research                is considered as an empirical accounting research, and causal-comparative and correlation research methods have been used to do it. In this research, correlation test, mean-difference test, and probit regression model have been used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results of unit-variable tests of hypotheses shows that, financial reporting quality is positively associated with the margin of profitability and managerial efficiency of the firm, and it is negatively associated with product market competition, managerial conservatism, size, capital intensity of business, operating cycle and complexity of the firm's operating environment. However, no association was found between financial reporting quality and growth opportunities, ownership concentration, board of directors structure, board of directors ownership, managerial integrity and financial leverage of the firm. Also, based on multi-variable tests, models were developed to predict the financial reporting quality of firms for the next financial period. These models are based on cumulative distribution function (CDF), and estimate the probability of high quality financial reporting for the next financial period. Manuscript profile

        This article investigates the effect of bank cards on improving the bank performance. Electronic banking (e-banking) can be defind as the technology that represents a variety of different services, such as the common automatic teller machine (ATM) services, direct deposit, automatic bill payment (ABP), electronic transfer of funds (EFT), and computer banking (PC banking). One of the tools of electronic transfer of funds (EFT) that is of special importance in electronic commerce is bank cards.  The present research investigates the effect of Bank cards on improving East Azerbaijan Melli Bank performance. This was carried out by using documents and surveying the viewpoints of customers (Melli Card Owners). To determine the method, various underlying theories in this research were used, and eventually the effects of using these cards were considered. It became clear that using bank cards increases the sense of security and satisfaction among customers and the bank’s profiting. Also there is a direct link between using bank cards and the increase of transfer by point of sales, improvement transactions, getting and transferring money by Automatic teller machines.
