        This study is done to investigate the heads of Imam Khomeini relief committees' personality traits (extroversion-introversion) relationship with their professional skills (technical, human, and cognitive).In this regard Eysenck theory and character standard test were used to measure the extroversion-introversion issues. According to this model, these traits were generalized into three factors: Extrovision, neuroticism, and life detector. The research is field and descriptive correlation. It is a case study. The statistical population consists of all the heads of Imam Khomeini relief committees throughout the country which is 595 people. The research instrumentation is the questionnaire. Upon collecting and analyzing the data, the results were examined through descriptive and referential statistics. The results showed that there is positive and significant relationship between extroversion, introversion with technical skills. The results also showed that there is no significant relationship between the demographic traits and managers professional skills. At the end some suggestions have been made. Manuscript profile

        Management in its new scientific and commonly-used version is considered a young human knowledge. This new knowledge like other ones in history has its own literature in human thoughts which is scrutinized in its proper place later. Since man is civil being so he needs management and leadership to express his civil behaviors.Here we don’t consider it as a science ,but we consider it as management in respect of Islam religion and deal with it in second-class i.e. at first the meaning, definition and its background then the management philosophy and its meaning were discussed. The theoretical principles of management science according to epistemological views were analyzed. Finally, theoretical fundamentals of management in Islamic according to the religion texts and life of holy prophet and imams are introduced and described.         This study tries to investigate the relationship between the managers skills i.e. verbal, effective hearing, feedback skill and employees organizational commitment in Tehran rahboard Software Company. To do so the study, in addition to reviewing the available theories about the organizational communication, commitment and the characteristics of effective communication, has investigated the effect of managers’ communicational skill in the organization. The research methodology was descriptive survey. The statistical population was all the employees in Tehran rahboard software which included 46 manager and 450 employee.Throught simple random sampling the statistical sample was 300 people. By the use of questionnaire and interview the data was collected and the reliability of %75 was obtained using cronbach alpha.         The study has investigated the application effect of information and communication technology on quantitative performance improvement of Tabriz municipality. The statistical populations are those who receive auto-tax services from Tabriz municipality. Since the population is unlimited 105 people were chosen as statistical sample size in order to have more confidence the sample size was increased to 121 pepole. Data collection was done through field and questionnaire based on Likert scale.Finaly considering the data analyses the results showed that using information and communication technology led to reduction of expenses for those citizens using municipality services, it also effected the quality of services and communicating information and the citizens satisfaction in Tabriz.   Manuscript profile

        Lean production is a system that challenges mass production system, and in a short time it has trailed great benefits. This study by examining this production system in one of the big production company in the country i.e.soufian cement co. tries to evaluate the extent of different production indices being lean in this industry. Regarding this , the rapid plant assessment process of Eugene Goodson, the professor and researcher at Michigan university, was chosen as a core pattern. it was studied and criticized, weak points were deleted, the necessary expansion and development were implemented. The essential factors and related indices were identified. Through the proportional assessment questionnaire their proportion with cement industry was measured. After eliminating the less proportional indices and the use of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the coefficient importance of variables and related indices with the help of experts, were calculated. Finally this coefficient importance and the points that were given to the conditions of indices by experts the extent of essential variables being lean and the soufian cement company with the use of DOA method were identified. The priority attention to the improvement of variables and creating the improvement cycle have been suggested, to the cowpanys management.   Manuscript profile

        There are many ambiguous and unknown features in running and management of different projects especially in constructional projects. Which is called uncertainty? This study tries to recognize the uncertainty cases in constructional projects, then categorize them in risk and opportunities to be analyzed so as to design a plan to encounter risks in a proper way and use the opportunities in time. It is a survey and field research. The statistical population was the consulting and construction corporations active in sanandije. The data was gathered through a questionnaire according the standards in risk management (in particular PMBok) and their steps were analyzed. The constructional project dimensions were explained by introducing nine duties of project manager. The findings showed 36 risk items in six categories: technical and technological, work conditions, economical and financial, organizational, sociocultural. These factors can not only bring in repeated request from previous industrial units but also attract new ones into the exhibition. According to those active firms in exhibition centers, the most important factors are: the design of booth place, available public services in exhibition center, advertising and attracting professional visitors. The data analysis was done by the use of spss software.         It is necessary for providing national perspective document for each of the distinctive regions and provinces in the country a clear and precise role be defined and a regional planning be prepared based on that role. This study deals with presenting characteristics and economic indictors, their place and role of aforementioned provinces in countrys national economy, and specify their Privileges in providing national perspective document. After presenting the region s total characteristics, populational indicators, work power in macro provinces in the region, the study was compared and analyzed with other provinces in the country. The work power relative productivity indicators, added value coefficient, place coefficient and employment coefficient for recognition and prioritizing economy’s fifteen section activities in each of the region provinces were used in 1388.         The study has dealt with a brief introduction and analytical comparison of two major psychometrics theory i.e. classic test theory and item-response theory along with their privileges and limitations. Although the classic test theory was founded in early part of the twentieth century. Its numerous limitations made the specialists think of means to remove these limitations. In the process of seeking solutions for removal of weaknesses in classic theory, they came up with a new theory in the 1950s which became known as time-response theory. Inspite of its gradual completion and apparent removal of limitations in the course of time, IRT has never been free from limitation and it has always been subject to some objections. For the time being each of these theories has more or less advocates among the educational ,psychological specialists and those who are related to psycho-educational measurements .These theories are not duly known in Iran ,so the present study tries to introduce these theories along with their weaknesses and strengths ,common and different points.  Manuscript profile
