The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of managers' accountability on job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Sistan region. The research method of this research is descriptive and since it collects information about demographic characteristics and describes the current situation, it is of a survey type and on the other hand, according to the objectives of the research, it measures the relationship between variables. It is of the correlation type. In categorizing research by purpose, this research falls into the category of applied research. The statistical population of this study includes all physical education teachers in Sistan region with 250 people. The statistical sample was determined by simple random sampling using Cochran's formula of 151 people. To collect the data, the standard questionnaires of responses of Bowens (2005) and job satisfaction of Herzberg (2007) were used. Finally, due to the normality of the data; The research hypotheses were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis by SPSS software version 23. The results of the hypotheses showed that accountability and its components (organizational accountability, professional accountability, legal accountability and political accountability) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Regression results showed that the response variable predicts about 59% of job satisfaction changes. Also, the components of accountability together predict about 43% of job satisfaction changes.  Manuscript profile

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-admiration of the followers on feeling of envied and work performance through the moderator role of perceptions of the exchange of leader-member of the staff of the Department of Sports and Youth of Isfahan province with a descriptive correlation method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 120 employees in Isfahan province's sport and youth department. Among them, 89 Cochran formula and 90 available for sampling were selected. Four questionnaires Envy Vico 2005, Narcissists of NPI-40 followers Ruskin and Terry, 1988, Leader-Member Exchange, Johnson & Van Pern 2004 and Work Performance, Patterson 1997 were used to measure variables. Formal validity was confirmed by a number of respondents and content validity was confirmed by a number of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all variables 0/70. The data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics including structural equations using SPSS-22 and warp pls software. The results showed that In the direct relationship between the variables, all the coefficients are significant and are not just a significant value.   Manuscript profile

AbstractThe overall purpose of this study was to determine the impact of access to services and perception of service quality on perceived value, satisfaction and loyalty in sport centers. The present study was descriptive-correlational based on structural equation modeling and applied in terms of purpose. The data of this study were collected through field survey and questionnaire. The statistical population of this study consisted of all participants in sport programs of Tehran municipality sport centers in 22 districts of Tehran. The statistical sample of this study was 377 people selected by cluster sampling. The research used the perceived quality questionnaire of Alexandris et al. (2004), access to services by Chang et al. (2012), perceived value of zitmall (1988), cronin satisfaction (2000), and loyalty of Zeitmal et al. (1996). The results showed that perception of service quality had a significant positive effect on perceived value (β = 0.28, t = 2.28) in sports centers. In addition, the effect of access to services on perceived value (β = 0.58, t = 4.72) in sports centers was positive. In addition, the results showed that perceived value on customer satisfaction (β = 0.74, t = 13.38), satisfaction on customer loyalty (β = 0.80, t = 16.74) had a significant positive effect on sports center has it.  Manuscript profile

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop a model of moral competencies of faculty members of physical education schools. The research method was a two-stage exploratory combination of instrument making. Qualitative research method, qualitative case study and potential participants included 17 faculty members of physical education schools. The sampling approach was purposeful and the sampling method was key experts. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached. In the quantitative part, the research method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population studied is all faculty members of the faculties and groups of physical education and sports sciences of the national faculties. According to the latest statistics, there are 38 educational centers with a statistical population of 369, the number of which was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 189 people. The tool used in the quantitative section was a researcher-made scale based on a network of thematic sections. Quantitative analysis was performed by confirmatory factor analysis to determine the validity of the model. The results of the quantitative section using first- and second-order factor analysis showed that the model of moral competence of faculty members of physical education schools has structural validity. Also, environmental and organizational factors (internal and external) have a significant impact on the pattern of moral competence of faculty members of physical education schools. Therefore, due to the necessity of the model of moral competencies of the faculty members of physical education schools in Iran, it is recommended that issues related to environmental and organizational factors (internal and external) be considered by the authorities.   Manuscript profile

AbstracThe purpose of this study was to predict the Productivity of Khorasan Razavi athletic boards through comprehensive quality management and to present a strategy for increasing productivity in Khorasan Razavi sport associations. This research is a descriptive, analytical and applied study. The sampling method was the whole population. The statistical population consisted of all staff, chiefs and managers of Khorasan Razavi province. (Rahimi, 2017) and Organizational Productivity Scale Questionnaire (Sharifi, 2011) were used and the reliability of these questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha as 0.88 and 0.88, respectively. The Watson Camera Regression and Statistics test showed that comprehensive quality management is able to predict productivity, meaning that 10% of productivity changes related to support and leadership of top management of organization, 9% of productivity changes related to program Strategic planning and 10% of productivity changes are related to staff identification and training. Considering the results of the research and the changes in productivity using comprehensive quality management, sports organizations, especially the sports boards under study, should pay particular attention to implementing and continuing to use comprehensive quality management. Since the establishment of a comprehensive quality management system in the past decades, it has been considered as an effective way to implement inclusive quality, increase productivity, effectiveness and sustainable development of sport organizations and institutions.
