Today, technological changes have caused the development of knowledge in the field of technology in organizations, and managers need to use computer technology for the progress of the organization. In addition, the Internet has become an essential part of the work and daily life of many people. Spending work time for various non-work activities is called cyber loafing. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors and consequences of cyber loafing. The method of this research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, which was done in the qualitative part by using the foundation data method and through interviews with experts, and in the quantitative part, through a questionnaire made by the researcher from the employees of government organizations in Isfahan city. The statistical population is the employees of twelve government organizations in the city of Isfahan, and the number of 363 people was determined based on simple random sampling. In order to analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis was used. Based on the results, the factors of cyber loafing in three categories: individual (personality trait, individual's attitude to work, individual characteristics, individual motivation, emotions, individual's perception of the environment, value and importance of work), group (communication, behaviors that promote social idleness) , contradiction and conflict), organizational (organizational structure, organizational policy and rules, dominant organizational culture, transformation and organizational technology) and individual, group and organizational consequences were identified.  Manuscript profile

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the phenomenological experiences of the effectiveness of human resource management in the social security organization. The research was conducted through the qualitative research approach of phenomenological type and using the Clayey method of data analysis, by studying the experiences of the senior managers of the Social Security Organization. The statistical population of the research included The all managers of the Social Security Organization. The research tool is a structured interview based on collaboration. Sampling method, theoretical sampling and considering 7 specific criteria, the sample members were selected. The interviews continued until the saturation point was reached The number of samples is 12 people. The findings showed that the factors affecting the effectiveness of human resources management are three main dimensions: The structural dimension , the cultural dimension and the human dimension. And focusing on these factors and their subgroup indicators can increase the effectiveness of human resources management and due to alignment with the goals of the entire organization, it will also increase the effectiveness of the entire organization. The purpose of this research is the impact of product innovation capacities, market intelligence, pricing and marketing communications on the international performance of companies with the role of mediator of competitive advantage (case study: Asa Tejarat Caspian Company in Mazandaran province). This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the research includes all customers of Asa Tejarat Caspian in Mazandaran province, whose number is unknown. Cochran's unlimited population sampling formula was used to determine the required sample size. Based on Cochran's unlimited formula with 5% error, in this research, the sample number is 384 people, which is selected by the available non-probability method. The field method was used to collect the primary data, and the primary data collection tool was a five-choice Likert questionnaire, and the library method was used to collect the secondary data. The validity of the questionnaire has been used using the method of content validity and face validity, and its reliability has been calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation modeling method and SMARTPLS software were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the research showed that product innovation capacities, market intelligence and pricing have a positive and significant effect on the international performance of companies with the mediating role of competitive advantage, but the capacity of marketing communication has no significant effect on the international performance of companies with the mediating role of competitive advantage.    Manuscript profile

The production of high technology is particularly attractive for countries due to the added value it creates. The research institution and the industry sector are among the sectors that have an impact on the production of high technology, and measuring their efficiency is very important. This research seeks to evaluate the efficiency of countries with a national IQ above 85 in the production of high technology, considering the capabilities that are based on human capital, such as innovation, educational attainment, and national intelligence. The current research is quantitative and descriptive in terms of method and applied. In terms of the time horizon, it is cross-sectional and in terms of the method of data collection, it is library-based and by referring to official international portals such as the World Bank. In order to rank countries, identify super-efficient countries and improve the efficiency of high technology production, a two-stage chain for the production of high technology has been considered by using the network data coverage analysis method. In the first stage of this chain, the research institution with the inputs of the number of research and development researchers (human capital index) and the amount spent on research and development, and in the second stage, there is the industry sector with foreign direct investment inputs, the number of patent applications (innovation index) and the number of scientific articles (educational attainment index) of each country. The findings show that 12 countries out of 56 countries are efficient in the production of high technology.  Manuscript profile

In production and industrial systems, the integrated planning of production and operations is very important. Responding quickly to the needs of customers, diversity, reliability and cost of equipment and machines, due to the extensive limitations in production resources, competitiveness and gaining market share in conditions of uncertainty, there is a need to plan the units. be done in an integrated manner. In most of the production units, effective information is at an unfavorable level of coordination and exchange with other activities. The result of such activities is nothing but a waste of resources and the emergence of an insular culture in the organization. Therefore, in this research, a MIP mathematical model was modeled in line with the planning of production, maintenance in Maron Company. The objectives of the proposed model are to minimize production costs and maintenance costs with limited production resources. dependents such as maintenance) was used by the innovative method of genetics. The results of the modeling evaluation showed that the detailed and ultra-innovative solution provided has improved the company's production by more than 7%.  Manuscript profile

With the emergence of a phenomenon called "Fourth Industrial Revolution" and its technologies and applications, developed countries such as: Germany, America, Japan and some developing countries such as: China, India, trying to create suitable infrastructures. They have evaluated and improved their level of readiness in order to enter to the fourth industrial revolution in various industries to achieve its many benefits through digitization. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the readiness level of organizations and industries to enter this digital industrial revolution, and in line with that, the necessary strategies to achieve the desired readiness level and implement the technologies and systems of the fourth industrial revolution are determined. Therefore, the present research aims to introduce the best Industry 4.0 readiness models by a wide review of the research literature and analyze the models in order to help organizations to use the appropriate readiness models and evaluate their degree of readiness. The results show that the best model based on the six research evaluation criteria is Impuls readiness model and Warwick University's readiness model is in second place. Manuscript profile
