In spite of the sufferings and problems that Corona crisis created for people all around the world   it has had  the advantage that the decision-making process needed to be reviewed  it through   institutions , organizations  and companies. It is helpful  in order to reduce the risk of decision-making error for the public interest and the sustainability of organizations  by maintaining  human resources, providing  financial resources , upgrading  knowledge and the ability of the organization. To manage the crisis situations, at first it requires  to know the complexity and level of crisis, then understanding the environmental conditions and finally  the speed of changes and the uncertainty that caused by crisis. In order to make a decision – making model in this condition we require basic theory for answering the  research questions and this will be done by grounded theory process  after creation the theory and trying  to improve that by secondary data analysis. In this paper , we explain how to develop basic theory to know decision making process in Corona crisis for SME’s that  in line with qualitative goals of research.   Manuscript profile
