About the journal
The Journal of “Islamic Wisdom and Law” is a freely accessible peer-reviewed journal published by the Islamic Azad University, Najafabad Branch. Since the subject of Islamic wisdom in relation to the science of law means updating, indigenizing, and making legal knowledge more efficient in the domestic and international arenas, this journal is capable of publishing articles by distinguished researchers in various fields of law such as international law, private law, criminal law, public law, family law, international trade law, human rights and humanitarian law, artificial intelligence law, technology and information law, energy law, sports law, medical law, financial law, etc. In order to provide easy and global access to the latest research findings, the journal has been established as an open-access journal. The journal charges 1.500.000 Iranian Rials for part of the review costs and if the article is accepted, 3.500.000 Iranian Rials for part of the publication costs are received from the authors, and the remaining costs are supported by the Islamic Azad University, Najafabad Branch. The “Islamic Wisdom and Law” journal is published in both print and online versions. The peer-review process in this journal is double-blind, meaning that both the author and the reviewer are anonymous. This journal has been active since the spring of 2023. Archiving and Indexing Policies The “Islamic Wisdom and Law” journal understands the concerns of authors, readers, and researchers regarding the need for long-term preservation and access to scientific research while the world of publishing is becoming digitalized. Our policy directly and honestly addresses the issue of archiving, meaning long-term preservation along with accessibility. The “Islamic Wisdom and Law” journal is committed to archiving, meaning long-term preservation and creating the possibility of access to electronically published scientific information in the journal. This statement of policy specifies the degree of commitment to archiving the journal and the relevant procedures for fulfilling this commitment. The “Islamic Wisdom and Law” journal will act as an archive for all electronic information published by this journal. The archive content will include all versions of this journal with online access and related supplementary materials. The main content of the information will never change, but references and other matters that change after the original publication may be completed by adding explanatory notes or supplementary information due to errors and the need for content correction. In order to efficiently and safely utilize the online service, the “Islamic Wisdom and Law” journal is committed to preparing a copy for preserving the information and security of the electronic archive of the journal. Reproduction copies are used to make the content quickly available to consumers, while backup copies are kept as security copies. The “Islamic Wisdom and Law” journal is committed to periodically renewing these reproductions.
