Aims: The emergence of intellectualism in Islamic jurisprudence and the subsequent emergence of governance literature based on Islamic wisdom created a new space in connection with the knowledge of humanities. Therefore, the establishment of this journal aims to pay more attention to the foundations of humanities with a precise understanding of Islamic wisdom. In other words, it can be stated that there is a well-known international effort today in the legal field. These efforts have inherently international nature in various areas such as human rights, armed conflicts, and some others. Due to the process of "globalization," they have domestic legal nature but international effects, such as family-related issues or various punishments that have taken shape in the form of limits and sanctions and have various international consequences for human society. Similarly, issues related to business and commerce, banking transactions, civil liability, and legal and criminal litigation processes, etc., have various international consequences. This journal has entered the field with the consideration of three features: updating, localization, and efficiency to combine the law knowledge, which is a structural science, with Islamic wisdom. In such a context, it is necessary to answer the question, given the objectives of the journal, what changes and developments can be observed by placing the Islamic wisdom in the context of rational ideas in the light of religious teachings? With regard to the three important areas of theology, justice, and anthropology that relate to wisdom, it can be answered that in the field of theology, fundamental issues that return to the basis of world knowledge should be addressed. Or in the field of wisdom and justice, the purpose of creation and its relationship with rights should be considered. Similarly, in the field of wisdom and anthropology, the importance of the law’s perspective on human beings should be emphasized.

    Vision

The international journal of “Islamic Wisdom and Law” will have a broad vision in that it tries to institutionalize the necessity of a legal perspective on the concept of wisdom. On the other hand, it seeks to answer questions such as what effects Islamic wisdom will have on law, or how legal knowledge can be made efficient through localization based on national and religious values. This has attracted the attention of intellectuals to this new knowledge. In addition, the “Islamic Wisdom and Law” international journal has expanded the scope of its discussions in the following areas to achieve its objectives:

    • Explaining strategies for applying Islamic wisdom in both domestic and international dimensions of law
    • Utilizing modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, in the process of proposing new legal issues
    • Critically analyzing and examining international legal sources and human rights in the light of Islamic wisdom
    • Examining legal deduction methods from religious sources while considering obstacles posed by Islamic wisdom
    • Utilizing the potential of humanities in explaining interdisciplinary studies as well as the position of law
    • Explaining the relationship between law and philosophy and legal schools of thought
    • Paying attention to emerging issues in the field of law, such as energy law, medical law, sports law, financial law, and others
    • Explaining and analyzing various theoretical and applied research in various fields of law using the Islamic wisdom approach
