This paper aims to determine factors influencing on the buffer sizing based on Project Risks, which are usually subjective and qualitative. Because of the subjective feature, they can’t be calculated accurately and they are responsible for the project delays. In addition, because projects may enter a time of shortage, as well as inadequate resources, estimated time duration prolongs which in turn increases the project costs. On the other side, offering a conceptual model, this investigation aims to identify risks relationships and interactions. Fundamental and related risks were defined in the proposed model which is based on a conceptual model. The model also can be used to better buffer sizing and improve time duration and cost estimations. Interpretative Structural Modelling was used to develop the conceptual modeling and 27 experts in Oil and Gas Mega Projects were interviewed to gather the needed data to provide the model. Based on the conceptual model and simultaneous analysis, the problems caused by the complexity and low recognition of the technical issues of the project are the main factor that put managers and contractors in a situation to increase the level of buffers.  Manuscript profile

The increasing speed of technological change, on the one hand, and the changing nature of customer demand and the intensification of competition among organizations, on the other hand, have led organizations to seek to take on new competitive advantages to outperform competitors and better meet customer needs. Achieving such goals comes in the context of a new concept called "organizational agility," but agility of the organization is influenced by its agents, which are the most influential factor in service companies. In this research, which the University of Science and Research has proposed as a case study, the employees are divided into three categories: Soft, Grievous, and Blind. These factors determine the three main elements of the agility of the supply chain organization: Agility drivers, agility abilities and agility capability. Also, using a particle swarm optimization algorithm, an intelligent model has been designed to measure the impact and impact of factors on each other. And after implementing the model in a case study at Time = 769, recovery is at best possible. Manuscript profile

Evaluation and assessment has been always considered by human beings. Human resources performance evaluation has been considered for organization and managers, so that has owned very important and conductive role and considered as one of the effective elements on organizational competition priorities. In this article, personnel’s’ performance and efficiency analysis has been operated by 2 stage DEA function. However, different functional models have been presented in this field but include some difficulties and do not meet all decision makers’ needs. The provided functional model in this research has resolved all previous models difficulties which are not only based on factors such as extra work hours, salaries and day off as primal entrance, effective working hour and availability of being in learning sessions as middle entrance, the amount of valid production and invalid production as final entrance. As result one of the newest personnel performance assessment is DEA that is multi-criteria method for determining and evaluating companies and personnel’s’ performance. The purposed operational model has been used in assessing efficiency and effectiveness of AZARNOOSH SHEKOUFEH’s personnel’s performances, and analysis for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of each personnel and production optimized performance fro decision makers. Today, advertising is an integral part of all marketing strategies and it plays an important role in creating customer awareness of products and services. It also is greatly effective in fostering the reputation of an organization. Accordingly, the present study aims to provide a model of the causal relationships of the effectiveness of advertising for the export of non-oil products in the East Azerbaijan province to CIS countries. To achieve the above goal, three research questions have been formulated. The research method is a descriptive one and the statistical population of this research is all exporters of East Azerbaijan province during 2011 and 2017. A total of 161 exporters were selected based on the information from the Industry, Mining, and Trade Organization. For the data analysis, the fuzzy DEMATEL method has been used. A specific questionnaire was used for collecting the data. The results of the surveys show that the continuation of advertising, the creation of a positive image of the product or service, the innovation, and creativity in the ads, the type of media, the appropriate time to advertising, repetition the propaganda, honesty in advertising messages and reputation Good brand are the eight main structures of research. The continuity of advertising, the creation of a positive image of the product or service, the innovation and creativity in the advertisement and the type of media, the most effective structures and the right time to advertise, repeat the propaganda, honesty in advertising messages and reputation and the reputation of the best brand. Outsourcing is a powerful tool for organizations to gain advantage in competition, but like any tool it may cause vulnerabilities if used improperly. The main purpose of this study is to identify risks of outsoursing projects in an electrical generation management company. Then to prioritize the major and minor risks as well as identifying them. This research is an applied research and the method is descriptive with survey. In this study, the Gray DEMATEL technique and Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM) is combined to identify and design the pattern of relationships indicators. With the use of DEMATEL technique, we identify the causal relationships between variables. The ISM is used to analyze the results. After analyzing the factors we conducted that two risks of communication and contract problems are the main risks in outsourcing project. the company should take into account the two risks in order to achieve the success. And it cause company to maintain their competitive benefits. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of supply chain chains on brand value in Iran Khodro Diesel Company. The purpose of the research is applied and in terms of the method is descriptive - correlation. In terms of time, it is part of cross-sectional research. The statistical population of this study was all experts of Iran Khodro Diesel Company, including 800 people. Based on the Morgan table, a sample of 260 individuals was selected and randomly selected. The data gathering tool was Supply Chain Aid Questionnaire and Brand Value Questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaires was reviewed and confirmed by experts and professors of the university. The reliability of the questionnaires was also counted by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The alpha value for the supply chain agility questionnaire was 0.911 and for the brand value questionnaire was 0.885. The structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that supply chain agility and its dimensions have the potential to predict brand value of Iran Khodro Diesel. Also, supply chain resilience is based on brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand association, brand awareness and brand quality. Manuscript profile

In modern societies, production centers should be able to supply the variety of demand and type of productions correctly, exactly, clearly and straightly. So, this study aims to present the dynamic facility layout problem (DFLP) in order to minimize the total cost of the facilities and costumes. Design an optimal plan leads to reduce the production process and cost of inventory. Transportation cost plays a key-role to specify the performance designing of part systems. This content displays the Dynamic Facility Location Problem (DFLP) in this paper. In order to handle the proposed problem, five metaheuristic methods are introduced: Genetic Algorithm (GA), Simulated Annealing (SA), Tabu Search (TS), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA) are tackled to solve the problem. Taguchi approach is considered to select the proper values for presented algorithms. The results explain that proposed methods are provided the optimal design for the dynamic facility location problem. As a result, ICA and PSO reach the most performance output in the comparison of other algorithms with assumed conditions in the problem.   Manuscript profile
