        This research was performed to use the potentials of computer science in educational management. Its aim was to study the effect of understanding the results of faculty members performance by Intelligent Informational System and its effect on promoting the quality of their instructional, researching and implementing activities. The statistical population of the research included the faculty members of Islamic Azad University branches, and the statistical sample consisted of 482 of the population which were divided into two experimental and control groups based on peer groups. The Intelligent System which had been designed before was applied as a tool for evaluating the performance of the faculty members. The results of instructional, researching and implementing performance were produced for two experimental and control groups of faculty members after receiving the required information from both groups by using the Intelligent Informational System for evaluating the performance of the faculty members. The results were sent only for the experimental group, but not for the control group. The results were produced for two groups again after passing one term. The difference of performance between two groups was compared by using t test after and before receiving the result. The findings showed that the independent variable (result or system output) had an effect on improving the teaching and researching performance but had no significant effect on implementing performance  of the faculty members.         This research was performed to study the application of information and communication technology in math learning and presenting strategies for its development in Mahmoodabad in 2009. The research method was survey and its statistical population included 171 people, that is, all math teachers in Mahmoodabad. The sample was selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table by simple random sampling method. The data were gathered using the researcher made questionnaire and was analyzed based on t test. The results showed that the application of information and communication technology affects on the modification of attitudes, establishment and stability of learning materials, reasoning skills, creativity power and finally on the active learning in math.         The purpose of the research was to study the general computer literacy among the employees in areas of principles of computer, of Internet, Power point, Excel, Access and Word in the Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province. From objective point of view, it was an applied research. The statistical population composed of all the employees of Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran including 1530 employees. The rate of the sample was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table and 300 employees were selected as a sample through clustering random sampling method. A research- made questionnaire was used for collecting data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by related experts and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach Alpha (0/78). The gathered data were examined by utilizing  the single-group t test and multi-variable regression test. The results generally showed that the amount of general computer literacy was lower than average in the employees of Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province. The results of regression analysis showed that all seven subgroups of general computer literacy were significant predictors for computer literacy. Manuscript profile

        Regarding the increased speed of creating new knowledge and the development of communication technologies, like cell phone, which makes it possible the access to various unlimited resources and data in an unlimited time and place, and regarding many positive aspects of applying it in schools and the necessity of adjusting with changes and the correct use of this new technology, the present research was conducted to examine the effect of teaching via cell phone on students learning in Khooshehaye Zarin agricultural school in Rawansar, Kermanshah province, and comparing it with traditional lecture method. In a semi-experimental research method, 30 male students were selected through random sampling method as the research sample, divided into two paired groups, 15 for experimental group and 15 for control group, based on age, educational status, previous grade point average and family economical status.  Data collection tool was a 10 item test based on behavioral objectives. The experimental group was taught in two sessions of two hours through cell phone, and the control group was taught the same topic through traditional lecture method in exactly the same amount of time. Post–test was performed on two groups through the above-mentioned 10 item test and the results were analyzed through t test method. The results showed that teaching via cell phone has more effects on students learning compared with traditional lecture method.  Manuscript profile

        The purpose of present research was to compare and rank the amount of  familiarity of faculty members and university students with ICDL skills in the Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province. The research was a survey- descriptive and the statistical population included 2150 faculty members and 68091 students of the very large Islamic Azad branches. The statistical sample was determined by the Krejcie and Morgan table, and 327 faculty members along with 384 students were examined as a sample. To select the sample, the multi-stage clustering random sampling method was used. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for gathering the data. The  Mann- Whitney U test was used to compare the amount of familiarity with information and communication technology and ICDL skills between two groups of faculty members and students. Freedman test was used to rank them. The results showed that there was a difference between the faculty members and students in all subgroups of ICDL skills, and faculty members had more familiarity with ICDL skills than the students. The results also showed a difference between the faculty members and the students in familiarity with different subgroups of ICDL skills. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the research was to study the pathology of using information and communication technology among university students. From among the statistical population of the research including all Mazandaran province university students, 345 were selected as the sample of the research using simple random sampling method. The research instruments were SMS addiction and social anxiety questionnaires. Both descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the students were addicted to SMS and suffered from social anxiety. There was significant relationship between SMS addiction and social anxiety among students.         The main purpose of the research was to study the effect of applying information technology on the effectiveness, efficiency and group decision-making of the employees of Techno-Professional Organization in Mazandaran. The method of the research was a kind of survey descriptive method, and the statistical population of the research included 419 people, that is, all the employees of Techno-Professional Organizations in five cities (Babol, Ghaemshahr, Sari, Neka and Behshahr). The statistical sample was 201 people which calculated by Krejcie and Morgan table. Also, the sample was selected through simple random sampling method. The measurement device was a form of Likert scale five- choice researcher-made questionnaire. Its reliability was estimated through Cronbach Alfa coefficient (a = 0/92). To analyze the research questions, the single group t test was used.         The purpose of the research was to compare the effect of teaching english through instructional softwares to teaching it through classical methods on students academic achievement. The research had an applied aim and its method was quasi-experimental. Statistical population included all the male students of secondary schools of Sari, district-one consisting 934 students and 479 of whom were selected by simple random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire with an adequate reliability (a = 0/86) was used for gathering data. The gathered data were analyzed by single-group t test, two dependent groups t test and two independent group t test. The results revealed that not only using instructional softwares were effective on students academic achievement but its' effect on students academic achievement was more than classical methods as well. Teaching english through instructional softwares highly motivated the students toward language learning. Manuscript profile
