Purpose: The main objective of this research is to develop a policy model for surveillance the business of cross-border trade. Method: In this research, a research methodology based on the approach of Grounded Theory has been used. The coding has been done in three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and through in-depth interviews with experts in this field. In this research, the statistical population of the experts in the field of oversight of cross-border trade, including managers, specialists and customs experts, was considered as the most important organization in the surveillance environment of the transnational trading, which was interviewed with theoretical sampling. In this research, from the 10th interview, repetition was detected in the data and no new concept was identified, but for more precision and reliability, interviews were conducted with twelve people. In order to evaluate this research, the criterion of acceptability was used instead of the validity and reliability criteria that more appropriate to qualitative research. Findings: Based on the findings, more than 298 identification concepts were created through open coding, which, after eliminating duplicates, eventually created 257 saturated concepts, which were categorized in axial coding in 28 categories. Finally, in the selectiv coding stage, the axis of choice was chosen and other categories were assigned to this core topic and the policy model for surveillance cross-border trade was developed. Conclusion: The most important factor in the policy-making model for surveillance cross-border trade oversight policy is single window to improve the provision of facilities and to effectively control the cross-border as well as intelligent risk management, post-clearance audit, standardization, tariff optimization, process reengineering, cross-border management, information-based surveillance, institution of surveillance cross-border trade and the intelligence, were highlighted by the relevant actions and strategies for effective policies to improve the provision of facilities and effective control of cross-border trade. Purpose: The common goal of all organizations is to enhance the creativity of the staff. Today, the word “stress" has become ordinary among people, and almost everyone is familiar with it and has experienced. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of mediation of work feedback from supervisor on the effect of work-related stress (environmental, individual, and organizational) on the promotion of creativity among Tabriz University staff. Method: The statistical population of the study was randomly assigned to 200 employees of Tabriz University. This descriptive study is a survey of correlation type. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were good and acceptable. Relationships between variables were analyzed using the AMOS20 structural equation modeling. Findings: The results showed that work feedback from the supervisor affects the creativity of the employees, and it seems that the stress components (environmental factors / organizational factors / individual factors) (with the role of mediation of work feedback from the supervisor on creativity promotion) employees have a significant impact, and the employees under stress are more creative at work especially, when their supervisors' positive feedback levels are high. Conclusion: Therefore, since the conditions of work are constantly changing, stress always has a certain degree of relevance to work in organizations and academic centers. On the other hand, with the creativity of managers, in the future we can play an important role in fostering the creativity of employees in order to grow organizations and societies. Schools face increasing pressures to provide quality services and reduce funding, which reveals the need to use fundraising activities. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the objectives, obstacles and potential ways of fundraising from the viewpoint of school principals and deputies. Method: A semi-structured interview with nine school principals and deputies who had adequate experience was used to collect data. To analyze the data, content analysis and coding process was used. Findings: The results show that educational services are the most important goal of principals for fundraising. The socio-economic status of the family and principal communication skills are the main obstacles to these activities. Also, renting school space is the most important potential way of schools for fundraising. Conclusion: The results show that principals' goal is to raise funds for improving school quality. Also, the transparent expression of fundraising activities along with unambiguous school performance is one of the key factors behind the success of these activities. School principals can use their creativity and innovation, and according to the special school conditions, to plan and use fundraising activities. Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to review the contents of the mathematical ‎book (1) of the 10th grade of the second grade secondary school based on the model of ‎Gilford's creativity. ‎ Method: The research method in this research is content and applied analysis. The ‎statistical population of this study is the content of the mathematical textbook (1) of the ‎tenth grade of the senior secondary school in the academic year 1966-95. The sample size ‎is equal to the size of the statistical population. The tool of this research is a researched ‎content analysis form based on the model of Gilford's creativity factors. To analyze the ‎content of the mathematical textbook (1), the 10th grade of the second grade secondary ‎school is based on a coding scheme. This is done in three steps. In the first step, the ‎content of the book is divided into three parts (class work, activities and exercises); in the ‎second stage, all units in all sections with the desired class are matched in terms of ‎Gilford's indicators of creativity and recorded in the relevant tables; and in the third stage, ‎the units that were at the high level of Guildford's creativity were identified and counted. ‎ Findings: The results showed that the textbook (1) is based on the 10th Second Grade ‎Secondary level emphasizes the level of cognitive memory and thinking and converts to ‎thinking Divergent and evaluative thinking is at a weak level. The results showed that in ‎the context of the mathematical textbook (1), the tenth grade of the second grade ‎secondary School is not a good balance between the various levels of Gilford's creativity, ‎and it is necessary to think in this area.‎ Keywords: Content analysis, Content, Creativity, Gilford creativity factors.‎ Manuscript profile

Methods: This study was an empirical research using two-group pretest-posttest design. Control-group pretest-posttest included an experiment group and a control group. The studied population included 7-12 year-old children living in 22 districts of Tehran. The samples included 40 children (20 boys and 20 girls) who were selected by random sampling and evaluated by the measurement instrument. The measurement instrument was the Schutte Emotional intelligence Scale for children; validity and reliability of this scale was confirmed in numerous studies. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Findings: Statistical analysis showed that theatre pedagogy (effect size=0.62) increases emotional intelligence of children. Conclusion: therefore, it is recommended to consider role playing for children to reflect important characters of elementary school children. Background: Creativity is an effective key agent in the domain of social science, psychology and educational activities. In the modern world, innovation, creativity and problem solving ability are key skills. Creativity is standing on different factors such as attachment styles and positive and negative emotions. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of positive and negative emotions in the relationship between attachment styles and students' creativity. Method: The present research project was a correlation study in which the causal relationships between variables were studied in the form of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study consisted of all male and female undergraduate students of Islamic Azad University in the academic year 2015-2016, that among them, 574 students (329 female and 243 male) from all five faculties of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz (Faculty of Engineering, Nursing, Basic Sciences, Agriculture and Humanities) were selected by cluster random sampling and completed Revised Adult Attachment Scale  (Collins & Read, 1990), positive and negative affects questionnaire (Bradshaw, 2009) and creativity questionnaire (Abedi, 1993). Results: The results of structural equation by using AMOS-22 software showed that the final model has good fitness with research data (CFI=0.985, GFI=0.978, IFI=0.986, X2/df=1.884, RMSEA=0.040, PCLOSE=0.884). The results of path analysis showed that secure and ambivalence attachment styles have direct effect on creativity. Also, attachment styles affected positive and negative emotions. Furthermore, the mediating role of negative emotion in the relationship between attachment styles and creativity was confirmed.  Conclusion: In sum, the results of this research indicate the determination role of attachment style and emotion on students' creativity.
