Abstract :
Purpose: The common goal of all organizations is to enhance the creativity of the staff. Today, the word “stress" has become ordinary among people, and almost everyone is familiar with it and has experienced. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of mediation of work feedback from supervisor on the effect of work-related stress (environmental, individual, and organizational) on the promotion of creativity among Tabriz University staff. Method: The statistical population of the study was randomly assigned to 200 employees of Tabriz University. This descriptive study is a survey of correlation type. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were good and acceptable. Relationships between variables were analyzed using the AMOS20 structural equation modeling. Findings: The results showed that work feedback from the supervisor affects the creativity of the employees, and it seems that the stress components (environmental factors / organizational factors / individual factors) (with the role of mediation of work feedback from the supervisor on creativity promotion) employees have a significant impact, and the employees under stress are more creative at work especially, when their supervisors' positive feedback levels are high. Conclusion: Therefore, since the conditions of work are constantly changing, stress always has a certain degree of relevance to work in organizations and academic centers. On the other hand, with the creativity of managers, in the future we can play an important role in fostering the creativity of employees in order to grow organizations and societies.
