Shahnameh is one of the greatest epic works in Iran and the world. This wonderful work has influenced greatly the other nations’ poets and authors, particularly, French literary figures and intellectuals. This analytic – descriptive paper first talks about translating of Shahnameh, then studies its effect on the works of Hugo, Lamartine and Coppée. Among the numerous Persian literature’s masterpieces, Shahnameh more than other works, has been the focus of attention and interest of the French. This interest was so great that it made the French orientalists translate this work. Louis Langlès, the French orientalist, was the first literary figure who translated some parts of Shahnameh into French. After Langlès, Jacques de Wallenbourg, another orientalist from Austria, translated Shahnameh. But his death in 1806 left the translation unfinished. Jules Mohl was the only translator who could translate the whole Shahnameh into French, after forty years of effort. The translation of Shahnameh brought about a great change in the works of French poets and authors, especially in Romantic and Parnass school poets. Hugo composed Legend of Centuries, also he entered a large number of Shahnameh’s couplets in his Orientals. Lamartine created Life of Great Men and Coppée composed «The Two Tombs», one of the most famous poems of his Complete works. Carrying out this research and the researchs like this, help us to contemplate our past generations works with a new viewpoint, to recognize the important exploitable elements of our literature, and also to see the great writers of our country in the mirror of the other nations. The complement of a preposition in Sorani Kurdish dialects can generally be realized either as a syntactic it or a bound personal morpheme (Cliticization). However, the clitic realization of the complement gives rise to a range of specific phenomena. First, Kurdish prepositions display two different forms depending on the realization of their complement: the variant combining with a syntactic item is referred to as ‘simple’, while the variant combining with a clitic is called ‘absolute’. The clitic complement can have a non-local realization, moving in two directions. In a past transitive construction, the clitic moves to the right and occurs on the verb as ‘verbal personal ending’. With verbs in the present tenses, the clitic can attach to the right edge of the constituent that immediately precedes as second position clitics and define VP as the domain of their realization. Klavans P1 is able to characterize it properly. Manuscript profile

The understanding of the epics is accompanied with a historical sociology and knowledge of beliefs that takes us closer to the preliminary motifs of many of the ancient beliefs and thoughts. This paper is an attempt to provide an understanding of Kurdish poetry collections known as Shahnameh or Razmnameh. These collections have remained unknown for centuries; however, they are recently considered as good sources in Iranian and Kurdish epics and heroic narratives. This paper seeks to provide a comparison, in terms of the mythological and epic concepts between the east and the west of Iran which are manifested in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh and its Kurdish counterparts. Kurdish Shahnameh's are genuine forms originated in the cultural sphere called Zagros, which have been widely ignored due to not being a part of the dominant literary discourses. Therefore it can be claimed that the consideration of these Shahnameh's and Razmnameh's will end in a better understanding of the national epics. Manuscript profile
