Random cluster sampling method was used in this research.is descriptive and survey based on the applied research category and also based on the method of data collection and analysis. The statistical population of the research is all women in Tehran between the ages of 15 Research findings: The results of correlation analysis have shown that there is a positive and significant correlation between all variables in a two-by-two manner. On the other hand, the significance of all these correlations is at a high level. The fit indices of the model are in the acceptable range. Conclusion: Social capital improves the health-promoting lifestyle in women. The more women benefit from social capital, the higher the possibility of improving their lifestyle. On the other hand, cultural capital and interpersonal support, responsibility for health and self-fulfillment lead to the improvement of women's health. This research investigated the effect of the body of the hospital spaces on stress in neuropsychiatric patients. From the statistical population, which includes all male patients (veterans and non-veterans) hospitalized in Isar Neuropsychiatric Hospital of Ardabil, a sample of 50 people was selected by available sampling during May to July 2019. For data analysis, multiple linear regression model was used, with 10 physical indicators of patient room architecture as independent variables and patients' stress level as dependent variable. The independent variables were evaluated by architectural experts and the 21-question DASS-21 questionnaire was used to calculate the amount of patients' stress. Natural light, control of disturbing noises, "variety in the shape, color and material of furniture" and the position of the patient's bed compared to other beds, furniture and openings respectively had the greatest impact on reducing patients' stress. In the case of veteran patients, artificial light, natural light, distance to the toilet, "the position of the patient's bed in relation to other beds, furniture and openings", control of disturbing sounds, and "variety in the shape, color and material of furniture" have the most impact on Veteran patients had a reduction in stress. In the case of non-veteran patients, only "natural light" had a significant effect on stress reduction. The findings showed that the architecture of interior spaces had a significant effect on reducing stress. Also, this effect is different between veteran and non-veteran groups. The effect rate was higher for veteran patients than for non-veteran patients. Manuscript profile

In this regard, talent management is considered due to its ability to create and maintain a competitive advantage. The purpose of the current research is to design a model of talent management for presidents of Islamic Azad University in Tehran province. The current research is qualitative and data-based in terms of practical purpose, in terms of exploratory nature, in terms of the method of data collection and analysis. The studied community includes experts in the field of talent management in higher education, which was conducted in the form of purposeful sampling with the snowball strategy and continued until theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was confirmed by the triangulation method. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA 2020 software. The results of the research showed that the dimensions of talent management for presidents of Islamic Azad University include "employee development, motivation, retention and ensuring recruitment". Next, the components and subscales of each were identified and classified. Manuscript profile

The first trainers and preparers of a wise and knowledgeable generation in a society for creating and preparing the contexts of advancement and development in a country and nation, are women. Therefore, this is enough to consider the development and advancement of women in a society, equal to advancement and development of that country. This paper is performed in order to merge done studies in femininity field and development. Method which is used in this paper, is Meta-analysis. Statistical population were consisted of related and available studies which were accessible in Iran using Persian language, in paper form, from 1385 to 1401. After investigating the criterion of inputs and outputs, 55 effect sizes from 17 studies which have Meta-analysis condition, were obtained. In order to analyze data from sensitivity data, funnel chart, stochastic models and heterogeneity analysis, CMA2 software was used. Analysis of obtained information from research showed that the amount of combined effect in this stochastic model (chosen model for this Meta-analysis) was obtained equally to 0/472, which was significant. Size of obtained effect from studies(p<0/001) were calculated averagely according to interpretation of Cohen's scale and results illustrated that women and femininity have effect on development. Also by considering social development as moderator variable, this coefficient was calculated as social development 0/645respectively.that in level of p<0/001 are significant Manuscript profile
