Designing a Model of Social Undermining Management in Iranian Government Organizations through Organizational Productivity

Abstract :
The One of the topics in management, especially in the field of human resource management, is the concept of social wear management. Social wear is the negative behaviors of employees during their service in the organization and weakens the individual's abilities. This research was a general qualitative research. The study population consisted of experts, managers, deputy managers, experts of government organizations (technical and professional, municipal and social security) and faculty members of universities in East Azerbaijan province, 26 of whom by sample Targeted selections were selected. For data validity and validity, the method of reviewing participants and reviewing non-participating experts in the research was used. Data were analyzed by content analysis method and using Max QDE qualitative data analysis software in three stages including open, axial and selective coding. Based on the findings of this study, 55 open codes were extracted and these codes were divided into 14 components and finally turned into three dimensions. Findings indicate that value management, attitude and behavior management, employee empowerment, professional ethics development and tolerance and stress strategies play a key role in managing the social wear and tear associated with peer communication. Process management, authority and task management, career path management, and organizational culture management were recognized in social wear management related to the manager-employee relationship.
