The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate foresight on innovation in start-ups businesses. This research is applied in terms of purpose and it is descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population is senior executives of startups. A researcher-made questionnaire based on theoretical literature was used for data collection. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling approach and Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that corporate foresight has a positive impact on innovation. The positive impact of corporate foresight on organizational learning and technology roadmapping was also confirmed. The analysis of the impact of mediating variables also showed that corporate foresight impacts innovation through organizational learning and technology roadmapping. Finally, the moderating impact of organizational support in relation among technology roadmapping and organizational innovation, and the moderating impact of integrative capabilities in relation between corporate foresight and organizational learning were also confirmed. Background: this research has been done in the field of technology roadmapping. The secondary area of this research is the field of information technology. Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the key indicators of information technology in organization and then to formulate a generic method to create an information technology roadmap. Methods: The main methodology of this study was mixed-method exploration based on tool formulation. the final statistical sample consists of a panel of 30 experts in the related fields at Mobarakeh Steel Company. In the qualitative phase, the research started with interviews. then, In the quantitative phase, the Delphi method was used in the panel of experts and then the IPA was used.findings: In the qualitative phase, 98 primary indicators, either current or future, were extracted in 4 key components of IT field for virtual bank implementation. In the quantitative phase and after performing the Delphi Rounds, 50 information technology indicators, were finalized. After the importance-performance analysis, 9 gaps in 3components were identified. These gaps used in the formulation of the final IT roadmap. Conclusion: In order to implement technology projects in an organization, at first, the roadmap must be developed. since no specific methodology has been provided for the development of IT roadmap, so this research has introduced a unique, innovative, localized and operational methodology, (based on the main methods of foresight), to develop an IT roadmap, that can easily meet the needs of researchers and academicians in the field of IT roadmapping. In recent years, technological advances have motivated industries, companies and even governments to look for an improved alignment between strategic objectives and technology management, preferably through the application of structured and flexible approaches that use techniques such as technology roadmapping. There are a lot of studies that have presented various models, processes, and frameworks to develop technology roadmap and more studies have developed roadmaps based on these contributions. Most of these studies have mentioned that the roadmapping process must be customized in every case. Accordingly; having a model or a framework that represents the most prominent findings of these studies in one view, is so helpful for customizing the process. But there is no research that accumulates previous studies and achieving this purpose. This paper presents the outcomes of a Meta-synthesis review of technology roadmapping literature that was published between 1997 and 2016 (73 papers) and develops a framework from important roadmapping components which affected the roadmapping process and roadmaps. Finally, the components of the proposed framework have been evaluated by survey benefiting from experts’ opinion and Shannon’s entropy technique.   Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Today, the use of advanced environmental pollutants based on nuclear technology in processes associated with the production of gaseous, liquid and solid pollutants is highly recommended. Developing a strategy and planning for the development of the application of nuclear technology in the environment is necessary because this technology is advanced, complex and in the growth stage and requires high investment, highly specialized forces and cooperation and coordination of a series of projects. Material and Methodology:  In order to develop a roadmap for the application of nuclear technology in the environment, first, by reviewing research in the field of applications of nuclear technology in the environment, potentials and key technologies in this field were identified. Then, by performing process steps through reviewing scientific articles and texts, the market was identified and then the types of products were determined. Findings: The most important markets for nuclear technology-based treatment systems are power plants, chemical and petrochemical industries, and waste industries. Gaseous decontamination facilities, sludge and wastewater treatment and industrial waste facilities are classified in the product category. According to the roadmap, the acquisition of accelerator technology and gamma-rayirradiator systems is possible through technology transfer and equipment purchase. Since all stages of research and development of solid-state purification systems can be done with the existing facilities in the country and also the simplicity of the process, during the first three years, the focus on solid state purification systems was determined and in parallel by gaining the necessary experience, it is possible to transfer technology to liquid and gas purification systems. Discussion and Conclusion: Purification systems based on advanced nuclear technology are cost-effective, more efficient and environmentally friendly. In this regard, the use of roadmap as one of the most important management tools for planning the development of this technology is essential. Manuscript profile

The country's aviation industry, consisting of aero manufacturing and support companies, is known as the main hub for the maintenance and construction of airfields. Companies that operate and maintain aircraft within the country had no problem with the maintenance and repair of airplanes flying inland and could solve the technical problems of aircrafts with the facilities at their disposal, But after imposing cruel US and Western sanctions, these companies faced problems with supplying the parts and equipment needed to repair the aircraft, which must be acknowledged to be a major problem. Restrictions on access to booklets and technical back-up documents also exacerbated this important issue. Given that the country's air fleet can be one of the most strategic pillars of the country in the fields of transportation, defense, etc., then a solution must be found to solve this problem. In this research, we have tried to present a roadmap for achieving this goal by interpreting the problem and modeling it through a soft systems approach, using an interpretive structuring approach, so that the country's aviation industry can at this point in time. That should lead to self-sufficiency and guidance. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to Formulation an urban tourism road map of Isfahan province with human resources development (HRD) approach. In the first phase, all related published research (48 research) was analyzed using Meta-synthesis method. The results were identified and categorized into 9 HRD indices. In the second, 57 operational strategies for implementation of indicators were identified by reviewing the literature and interviewing 21 experts in Industry. Finally, by surveying 10 experts and analyzing them using Structural-Interpretive Modeling Methodology, indicators and operational solutions of Leveling and relationships were determined and presented as a roadmap for HRD of urban tourism in Isfahan province. The results showed that at the lowest level, the indicators "Designing Competency Model of Tourism Industry Jobs" and "Designing Human Resources Information System (HRIS)" had the most impact on the other indicators and in fact the most important indicators of tourism HRD. Isfahan province is considered to be the highest index of "Definition and Award of Excellence in Human Resource Management Excellence in Tourism Industry", which was the most dependent. Finally, indicators such as "utilization of social networks", "allocation of subsidies and discounts in training", "provision of public education", "Designing Competency Model of Tourism Industry" and "Designing HRIS" affect all indicators, and authorities must pay special attention to them in order to monitor their impact on others and select mechanisms to improve on others. In the present study, these mechanisms were presented in the form of operational solutions along with a roadmap for their implementation. Manuscript profile
