        Cultural tourism is one of the types of tourism that is affected by the serious damage of the Corona epidemic. Most countries in the post-Corona era are trying to promote cultural tourism, which has required them to adopt new approaches and methods. The main purpose of this study is to identify and explain the scenarios of cultural tourism in the post-Corona era, which is focused on Ardabil province. The research method is a mix of two methods, ‘focus group’ and ‘scenario planning’, using a sequential exploratory approach. The main tool used in the qualitative phase is a semi-structured interview in the form of an online focus group and the quantitative phase is a questionnaire. The participants of the present study were 8 experts and academic and executive experts of the country in the field of cultural tourism who participated in the focus group. According to the research findings, in the qualitative phase, 13 main codes were extracted in the form of three basic concepts, which were categorized using the three-pronged model. According to the discussion and the results, 4 scenarios were created, each of which can help to create the necessary flexibility in the field of cultural tourism and make this type of tourism with synergy and innovation in Ardabil province.         The undeniable importance of e-learning in education leads to the widespread growth of the number of e-learning courses and systems providing different types of services in the time of Covid 19. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population included the managers of information and communication technology growth centers in Tehran universities, whose number was reported to be 192 people. The sample was calculated based on Cochran''s formula 128 people and selected by available random sampling method. Al-Farihat et al.''s (2020) research questionnaire was used to collect research data. Content validity has been validated using internal validity and correlation matrix (divergent validity) and factor factor. Reliability was confirmed using Cronbach''s alpha coefficient and combined reliability. To analyze the obtained data, the correlation method using structural equation method with SmartPLS software was used. Based on the research findings, technical system quality (r = 0.533), information system quality (r = 0.472), service quality (r = 0.523), education system quality (r = 0.613), support system quality (r = 0.851), learner quality ( r = 0.763) and teacher quality (r = 0.508) were the factors affecting the success of e-learning systems.         With the outbreak of Corona virus, unprecedented and unforeseen conditions have been imposed on the country's education system, so that education in schools was pursued virtually. The present study aimed to investigate the problems of education in cyberspace using the Shad program in the post-corona era. This study was done as a qualitative study with a phenomenological method. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews. Participants were 30 schoolteachers from all three levels of Frieden County who were selected through purposive sampling using the criterion type. The interviews continued until the theoretical saturation was reached. Data analysis was performed using Klaizi seven-step method. Findings showed that teachers' perceptions of teaching problems and challenges in the Shad program included 10 main themes and 52 sub-themes. The main topics include 1) Problems related to students; 2) Problems related to parents; 3) Problems related to the happy program; 4) Problems related to principals; 5) Problems related to teachers and students; 6) Problems related to teachers; 7) Content problems; 8) Equipment problems; 9) Organizational problems; 10) Evaluation problems.  Manuscript profile

        Education is one of the most important organizations that play an important role in the growth of society, and it is very important to know the variables that affect the success of the employees of this organization. The purpose of the present study was to Investigating the relationship between organizational support and psychological well-being of female teachers with the mediating role of quality of work life in the post-corona. 208 people were selected and participated in this research using voluntary sampling method. The participants completed the psychological well-being questionnaires of Ryef (1989), organizational support of Eisenberger et al (1986) and quality of work life of Lopez (2007). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling using SPSS software version 26 and Amos software version 24. The research findings showed the direct effect of organizational support (p<0.001, β=0.332) and quality of work life (p<0.001, β=0.456) on psychological well-being and organizational support (p<0.001). , β=0.402) is significant on the quality of working life of female teachers. The results of the path analysis showed that the quality of work life has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational support and psychological well-being of female teachers (p<0.001, β=0.183). Based on the research findings, the role of quality of work life can be confirmed in improving the relationship between organizational support and psychological well-being of female teachers. As a result, by focusing organizational support on the quality of work life, the psychological well-being of female teachers can be improved. Manuscript profile
