Abstract :
Education is one of the most important organizations that play an important role in the growth of society, and it is very important to know the variables that affect the success of the employees of this organization. The purpose of the present study was to Investigating the relationship between organizational support and psychological well-being of female teachers with the mediating role of quality of work life in the post-corona. 208 people were selected and participated in this research using voluntary sampling method. The participants completed the psychological well-being questionnaires of Ryef (1989), organizational support of Eisenberger et al (1986) and quality of work life of Lopez (2007). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling using SPSS software version 26 and Amos software version 24. The research findings showed the direct effect of organizational support (p<0.001, β=0.332) and quality of work life (p<0.001, β=0.456) on psychological well-being and organizational support (p<0.001). , β=0.402) is significant on the quality of working life of female teachers. The results of the path analysis showed that the quality of work life has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational support and psychological well-being of female teachers (p<0.001, β=0.183). Based on the research findings, the role of quality of work life can be confirmed in improving the relationship between organizational support and psychological well-being of female teachers. As a result, by focusing organizational support on the quality of work life, the psychological well-being of female teachers can be improved.
