After all, agility is thenew paradigm that can answer to all the customers’ demands and the bank itself.In this article has been attempted to discuss the characteristics of organizational agility in thestate-own banks, then with providing a model for measuring organizational agility in Iranianstate-own banks, the readiness of Saderat Bank for organizational agility was surveyed. For thispurpose, the hexagonal model for the agility in the public sectors provided by the Institution“A.T.Kearney” is used. This model contains the dimensions of organizational change,leadership, culture and values, performance management, customer service and e-government.The method of the research is descriptive-survey method and the instrument was a number ofquestionnaires. The process of data collection in this study consists of two stages of Delphimethod and distribution of questionnaires. For data analysis, qualitative and quantitative dataanalysis methods were used. After qualitative analysis of data from Delphi method, withdescriptive and inferential statistics, quantitative data were analyzedIn the end of the study, found that there are gaps between the current situation and the desiresituation of organizational agility in Saderat bank and each of them were rated.         This study aimed to identify the relationship between strategic thinking of managers and their readiness for organizational change was carried out at the airport of Khorasan Razavi province, and applied research in the field of non-causal research, descriptive analytical hypothesis is detection. The study population consisted of 146 managers and employees airport. In this study, to collect data to determine the strategic thinking of managers and questionnaire of readiness for organizational change Gutter John and Peter Drucker, was used. To analyze the data and test research hypotheses, the normality of the data distribution and kurtosis parameters were evaluated. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation test we can say: Between systems thinking and organizational change readiness for a significant positive relationship exists between strategic intent and readiness for organizational change is a significant positive relationship exists between the scientific approach and the readiness for organizational change on the basis of a significant positive relationship exists between bringing intelligence and readiness for organizational change there is a significant positive relationship; The thinking at the time and the readiness for organizational change there is a significant positive relationship between strategic thinking and a total readiness for organizational change at airports in Khorasan Razavi province there is a significant positive relationship.         The present research aimed to design a model for the resistance of managers in governmental organizations to implementing administrative reform programs. The research method was based on mixed exploratory research (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of managers of executive agencies, consultants of executive agencies, university professors in the field of public management, higher education centers, experts and specialists in the subject of research, and in the quantitative section, employees of management levels, consultants and experts of nine selected organizations in the provinces of Mazandaran, Golestan, Tehran, and Ilam in the summer of 2022, with a total of 1126 participants. In the qualitative section, using the snowball sampling method to reach theoretical saturation with 16 experts, in-depth interviews were conducted, and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire with 127 items was distributed among 286 participants using relative stratified sampling. To determine the validity and reliability in the qualitative stage, necessary examinations were carried out, including acceptability (expert review) and confirmability (expert review again). In the quantitative stage, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by three methods: formal, content (CVR and CVI range for items between 0.6 to 1 and 0.85 to 1), and structure (convergent validity range between 0.552 to 0.751 and discriminant validity greater than the correlation of the structure with other structures).         Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethics and attitude to organizational change among employees and managers in Isfahan governor. Methods: The research methodology was based on descriptive and correlation method. The research population consists of all the employees and managers of Isfahan governor the number 416. Through Cochran's sampling formula, 370 subjects were selected through random sampling. Findings: the research instrument’s in this study were Islamic work ethics questionnaire written by Ali (1998) with chronbach alpha 0.873 and attitvde to toward organizational change of Dunham and etal (1989) with chronbach alpha 0.772 Validity of questionnaire were used with content face and construct valididy.the deta analysed with descriptive statistics and pearson s correlation.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational agility and readiness for organizational change with the mediating role of in-service training from the perspective of physical education teachers in Mamasani. descriptive-correlational method used for this purpose. The statistical population in this study was 53 physical education teachers in Mamasani city and all of them were studied.research instruments were Shams(2013) in-service training questionnaire, Chiva et al. (2007) readiness for organizational change and Felto et al. (2011) organizational agility of were used. The content validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by experts and their reliability was determined by calculating Cronbach's alpha for three questionnaires, respectively 0.756, 0.843 and 0.909. Pearson correlation and path analysis tests were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational agility, in-service training and readiness for organizational change. The results of path analysis showed that in-service training has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational agility and readiness for organizational change from the perspective of physical education teachers in Mamasani. The company, with the help of these capabilities, is able to adapt itself to changing market conditions. And use market opportunities to deal with competitive threats. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors influencing dynamic marketing capability. For this purpose, a sample of 384 managers and experts of Iran Insurance Company is selected using randomly classified sampling. The method used in this research to prioritize criteria is the AHP hierarchical analysis method. Research findings show that components, feelings and perceptions, learning, re-configuring, synchronization and integration have a dynamic effect on dynamic ability, and the criterion of sensation and perception with relative weight of 0.362 is the most influential element in dynamic ability and the component of learning with relative weight 0.227 is in the next priority. Also, the reconfiguration element with a relative weight of 0.218 in the third priority is an integral element with a relative weight of 0.117 in the fourth priority and an element of coordination with a weight of 0.076 in priority fifth.         The aim of this research is to study the relationship between intentions to e-government with organizational agility in Tehran province Gaz Company. For this purpose a primary and five secondary hypotheses were formulated. The statistical society of this research is the gas company staff of Tehran province which among them using sampling formula of limited population, 120 people were selected. To collect the data, the intentions to e-government standard questionnaire of Torres et al and self-designed questionnaire of organizational agility were used. The validity of questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts. Also using Cronbach's alpha test, the reliability of e-government questionnaire equal 87/ and organizational agility equal 92/ was determined. Collected data analyses took place in the SPSS software environment. Pearson correlation, Friedman and binomial tests respectively were used to hypotheses test, ranking of organizational agility dimension and review variables situation. Findings of the study indicated that intentions to e-government have a relationship with all agility dimensions (organizational leadership, organizational change, organizational culture, customer service, performance management) and as a result with organizational agility.         The purpose of this research is to determine the role of organizational culture on innovation and change in the organization. Since in the present era, innovation and change are one of the most important requirements and competitive advantages for the survival and growth of each organization. Therefore, in this research, we examine the effective indicators of organizational culture on organizational innovation and change.The present research studies the role of organizational culture on innovation and change in organization in Renault Pars Company. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the present study included all employees and experts in Renault Pars Company. Sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 155 people and the method of sampling was simple random. The research data were collected using library and field method and the tools used in the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.857) and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content method. The research data were analyzed using statistical software, descriptive and inferential statistics using PLS software. The results show that rational culture, participatory culture and hierarchical culture have a positive impact on organizational change, and does not confirm the results of the impact of ideological culture on the effectiveness of the organization.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between of authentic leadership and organizational innovation with the mediating role of attitude to organizational change. The research applied in terms of purpose and method was descriptive, correlational one. The statistical population included all Primary school teachers in Miandrood in the number of 255. The statistical sample was 155 people using Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling according to Gender level. The instruments were Questionnaires of Walumbwa et al authentic leadership (2008), Jimenez- Jimenez et al organizational innovation (2008) & Dunham et al attitude to organizational change (1989) Questionnaire. The collected data analyzed by Structural equation modeling using the partial least squares method (PLS). The results showed there is a significant relationship between authentic leadership and attitude to organizational change with organizational innovation. 66.1% of organizational innovation and 48.7% of attitude to organizational change is explained by authentic leadership and the attitude to organizational change variable has a mediator effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational innovation. The growing trend to organizational changes needed to improve knowledge and skills and encourages organizational development. Managers know more about their theories of business, learning to use new technologies, empowerment in adaptive skills and creative thinking strategies and openness can become leaders of change. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of power resources managers with employee resistance to organizational changes in the department is the administrative headquarter of the Islamic Azad University. The study was a descriptive survey and The population consists of all financial and administrative staff of the Central Organization Department, Islamic Azad University, the number is 480. Morgan used to estimate the sample size table farmers have been obtained for a sample size of 214 people. Standardized questionnaire to collect data from the power source /087 and a questionnaire reliability, impact on employee resistance reliability power supplies /073 are used.         The aim of this study was to determine the effect of rethinking on organizational change with the mediating role of managers' creativity. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included all principals and deputies of the first and second secondary schools (N = 286) in Tonekabon city, which were selected by stratified random sampling with a proportional allocation of 165 people as the sample size. In order to collect data, Business Consulting Innovation Questionnaire (2014) (reliability 0.735), Dunham et al.'s organizational Change (1989) (reliability 0.721), Torrance Creativity (1979) (reliability 0.760) were used. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling and Sobel Test using Smart PLS3 software.         In a constantly changing world, today every society needs to implement reforms in its educational system, and naturally societies that are more in need of acceleration and intensification of more transformations in various social, cultural and scientific fields and our current country and society are no exception. In this regard, fundamental transformation document on the of Iran's education system was formulated in 2011 year and communicated to all education organizations in the country, but many experts believe that this document has not yet been operational. Therefore, the purpose of this study was identify and assess the barriers to the realization of the operational objectives of the transformational document. The research type is applied in terms of its purpose and is descriptive-survey. The statistical population consisted of managers and teachers of Fars province in 2018-2019 academic year, that due to the extent of Fars Province, this research was carried out in Shiraz and Fasa cities, as the selected cities. The sample size was obtained using Cochran's formula of 242 people. Data were collected using field method and a researcher-made questionnaire in 40 items with 7 components (technical, structural, cultural, managerial, financial and equipment barriers, manpower and social preparedness) in terms of a 7-degree Likert spectrum. Questionnaire content & construction validity confirmed. Questionnaire reliability barriers to the realization operational objectives by using Cronbach Alpha Coefficient estimated equal to 0.90. Data’s analysis done in descriptive & inferential levels by using Spss & Lisrel software’s. The findings showed that the role of all barriers to achieving the operational goals of the transformational document was higher than the average. Also, Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions and components, in other words, increasing each of these barriers cause to increases other obstacles. Also among operational goals of the transformational document, structural and managerial barriers with 0.83 had the most load factor and cultural barrier with 0.51 having the least factor load and weight.
