Transparency, which means the openness and availability of information for survey and monitoring, is a central issue in governance, decision making and rule making. From the point of view of Islamic political thought, religious democracy is not based on the raw and unconscious opinions of the people, but its essence is formed by the awareness of the people; And the duty of the Islamic ruler as the trustee of the people is to discuss the issues of the society in a transparent and honest way with the people. Transparency is a very important issue in democracies, to the extent that free access to information and its publicity is the first condition for combating corruption and holding officials accountable. In this study, we seek to understand the approach of Islam to the category of transparency; And we came to the conclusion that the transparency of the Islamic government is one of the categories considered in religious Doctrines; In a way that the tradition and manners of the infallibles have been confirmed and its multiple bases and function has been emphasized everywhere in Islam. Also, the transparency index is a requirement of governance and legislation for society management in both views of good governance theory components and Qur'an and hadiths emphasis. Carnivals are public folk feasts in which social classes are inverted. Clowns become kings; fools become sages; and saints are ridiculed. Thus, relativity of all claims is demonstrated through humor. It was Mikhail Bakhtin, the great twentieth century critic, who introduced the theory of Carnivalesque, which is a subcategory of folklore and satire, into literature. With the assumption that a new reading of Hafiz based on Carnivalesque in literature is possible, in this research, the researcher seeks to identify the elements of carnival including: philosophical content, secularism, the presence of a character pretending to be mad, reaching a utopian domain and  also grotesque in the poetry of Hafez. Then, using an analytic approach and after explaining Bakhtin’s theory of Carnivalesque and its four categories, the instances of the motifs in the poetry of Hafez are explored and discussed.           Studying Mowlana Jallaludin Rumi’s life or, what Sufis call, “his contract with people”, could be very instructive and illuminating. More specifically, a study of Mowlana’s attitude towards people from different walks of life, the needy, the well-to-do, family members, people outside family structure, and any other groups that are considered, by social norms, as the mass or the public, on one hands, and his outlook towards the power-that-be, the rich and his own disciples, on the other, could be even useful for the reader of the contemporary period. This article is an attempt to analyze these through examples and references.     Manuscript profile

Kamal Aldin Masoud Khajandi, known as Kamal Khojandi and also nick named as Kamal, is the great poet and mystic of eighth century and also contemporaneous with Hafez Shirazi. Kamal Khojandi’s style of ode writing is similar to Sadee’s. Sadee’s sonnets influence on Khojandi is very significant specially in meaning, syntax, phrases and compounds, speech music, rhythm and rhyme, string and also applying the methods of equation and parable. In modern expressing texts, parable is a new and independent technique which is independent from simile and metaphor and is the same as equation manners. The relation between parable and equation manners is a controversial issue. Equation manners is a parable like technique which is popular in Indian poets’ style.Parable and equation manners are the creators of artistic pictures and logical and understandable conditions in a sonnet through which it would be possible to create artistic images and suitable conditions for simpler description and expression of logical issues. Since, Kamal Khojandi had a complete understanding of these two techniques i.e. parable and equation manners, has made his poems more artistic and reasonable. So, in the present research the structure of parable and equation manners in Kamal’s complete collection of sonnets has been studied. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is cognitive study of patterns and the dominant one for distributing information about the manner, path, and motion in Mazandarani language. Through interviews and conversations with 15 native speakers over 50 years old. The data were collected and recorded. In order to conduct interviews, efforts were made to focus on situations and contexts in which the possibility of a motion event occurring was high. The recorded speech data were then represented in writing. In analyzing the meaning of verbs, the focus was only on the explicit and physical meaning, and the metaphorical and implicit meanings were avoided. Then, based on Talamy criteria (2000b), data were analyzed. The results show that there are six patterns of lexicography in Mazandarani language. The other one is mentioned as it is not possible to determine the dominant pattern for the distribution of information about manner and path in the Mazandarani language since, in this language, motor verbs render this information into words to the same extent.
