AbstractIntroduction&Objective of this research:This research seek to understand the component of critical thinking and teach it to children and adolescents through intelligent media.Critical thinking isa prerequisite for life skills including problem solving and decision making. Research Method:In the present study, according to the nature of the subject, the data were collected using a quantitative method,a researcher-made questionnaire and a qualitative method with the approach of data theory and interview coding. The population of the present study includes children and adolescents aged 10 to 12 and 12 to 14 and Their critical approach to the Clash of Clans digital game was analyzed and the results of interviews of University professors have been analyzed in-depth.Results:In the process of piloting children and adolescents and in a large distribution of tendency to group play, the findings indicate that all subjects like to be a member of the group and participate in the game.66% of the subjects try to find a suitable way to solve the problem. In interviews with university professors, the role of intelligent media in teaching critical thinking skills to children and adolescents emphasized the components of philosophical learning, participatory learning and experience-oriented respect for individual differences. Conclusion:Thus,in the present article,we have come to the conclusion that in order to achieve the optimal performance of smart media in teaching critical thinking, they can have an educational plan in two ways:1-Media and education for children,2-Broadcast Programs with the child himself that education with the participation of the child is important because the educational process will be very high quality. This study intended to investigate the effectiveness of Mmindfulness group training on the psychopathological symptoms in fat women. The researcher employed a semi-experimental method-ology with pre-post-test using available sampling. The participants were 25 fat women from Isfahan provenience. They were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The researcher used(SCL-90)  questionnaire .The results of covariance analysis indicated that mindfulness group training of fat woman was effective on pathological symptoms. Moreover, dimensions on psychopathology showed that the effectiveness of group learning mindfulness on anxiety and obsession was not significantl in post-test. However, it was significant in follow up stage(p<0/05) The effectiveness of group learning on depression and somatization was also meaningful(p<0/05). Key words: group learning, mindfulness, psychopathological symptom, fat women Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted with the aim of assessing the learning organization and examining its deployment in the Azerbaijan Regional Electricity Company. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population is all the employees with 1307 people in three provinces (East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan and Ardabil). The statistical sample was determined through Morgan table with 297 people and selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study is the Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) by Watkins& Marsick. The content and construct validity of this questionnaire also its reliability was confirmed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS20 and Smart-PLS 3 software. The results showed that the learning organization and its components individual learning (create continuos learning opportunities and promote inquiry and dialogue), group learning (encouraging collaboration and team learning), organizational learning (creating systems to capture and sharing learning, empower people towards a collective insight, connect the organization to its environment, and provide strategic leadership for learning) was significantly lower than average and only the level of dialogue and research in the organization are intermediate. Also using structural equation modeling with the least Partial squares provided a model for the learning organization in order to evaluating its components relationship. The results showed that the model has a strong utility (GOF = 0.813). As a result, it achieves the goals and strategies of the Azerbaijan Regional Electrice Company in being a learning path. The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric characteristics and normalization of learning organization dimensions scale. Out of the research population, 730 people (including 570 students and 160 faculty members). From Governmental universities in Isfahan was chosen as the sample size. The sampling method was random multistage cluster. The questionnaire was made of learning organization, knowledge management and demographic scale. The results of factor analysis showed that more than 49.37% variance learning organization score was expressed by the scale. Based on the correlation among questions and factors, and after nine times varimax rotation three factors were extracted and named. Further more, learning organization concurrent validity and correlation between the scale and its subscales and among the subscales themselves, were from 0.56 to 0.85, three reliabilities (test retest 0.90, internal uniformity 0.96) were reported. According to the above results, it was concluded that LOD scale have a good psychometric characteristics for Iranian university population, and it can be used as a valid measure in higher education research. The main purpose of this study is to compare learning levels of cooperative flipped learning with individual one of fifth grade primary students in social studies. The research method is quasi-experimental and the research design is pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population included female students studying in the fifth grade of elementary school in Tehran, district 18 in the academic year 1398-99. The statistical sample consisted of 60 students who were randomly selected from a public primary school and participated in three groups of cooperative , individual flipped classes and the normal class for 12 sessions. The researcher-made test data collection tool (pre-test-post-test) was in accordance with Bloom's cognitive levels by confirming the content validity. Descriptive statistics and analysis of covariance were used to analyze the data. Findings from the results showed that flipped learning approach had a significant effect on students' learning and its effect was higher in cooperative and individual flipped groups than the normal method, respectively. However high levels of learning in Bloom's cognitive domain in cooperative flipped group has been greater than the individual one. Manuscript profile
