Tehran's population growth and the entry of new immigrants has been one of the problems for governors, policy makers, and planners. Therefore, since the middle decades of the current century, as a concern, it has been considered as a threat to social, environmental, health, and disaster preparedness issues. However, the activities have been performed to prevent Tehran population growth, failed to achieve success and in spite of all these activities, the problem of Tehran population and immigration growth still exists. In this paper, causal layered analysis (CLA) as a futures study method is used for splitting and analyzing the several layers leading to the issue of Tehran immigration growth, and different scenarios are considered for the future. In this regard, based on analysis of the under layers and due to the uncertainty and importance, "development model" and "cultural orientation" are identified as its drivers and the scenarios are designed according to them. By representing disability in the written works of post-Islamic Iranian thinkers, the present study seeks to understand the situation of ignoring the disabled, and analyzes these changes by confronting the old and new discourses and exiting the dominant space in the field of texts related to disability.which has been done with a qualitative approach or the focus group method among the physically disabled people of Isfahan urban society, in terms of methodology. It has beenalso by the help of Foucault's archeology and genealogy, and given the historical nature of the subject, the method of data collection is documentary and library analysis, and a text-based historical methodin particular. The works were divided into three categories: moral, educational, folk or folk works. The findings show that the negative attitude of the society towards the disabled, the incompatibility of physical facilities, supportive institutions, intra-group support, lack of social trust and the feeling of social deprivationisolates a large part of the disabled, and the discourse must change in the urban society. There have been two discussions in this regard: Some believe that independence of people with disabilities should be recognized, and this requires elimination of negative associations with the title of disabled.Another group believes that changing the name does not actually affect people's real lives. The right approach is to change people's thoughts and opinions about a social group - as the disabled here - and social change will not happen with changein names. Although it seems that deconstruction disintegrates everything, it provides a basis for everything in Derrida's philosophy. As Derrida defines deconstruction on collapsing and rebuilding, event has no exception to this definition. Events, like Derrida's other discussions, are so intertwined that we cannot distinguish between them. But what is the event, and why is it an internal matter that takes credit from our internal and intuition? Why is it artificial? Derrida considers architecture to be an event type, and the style of deconstruction in architecture is an event definer? Thus, the explanation of Derrida's view of the event and its relation to art and architecture are manifested in features such undeconstructible, unpredictability of the event. For Derrida, therefore, the event is an instantaneous that even defines architecture in a "moment," and only from this dimension can it reach a consensus with architecture. In addition, deconstruction style in architecture takes us out of the ordinary cognition of form and space, and it can be an objective example of the subject of occurrence in architecture. This article studies sampels of deconstruction of beliefs in Sanai’s sonnets.Mysticism and Sufism due to their different attitudes toward God, the world, and human beings has manifested for the first time the deconstruction of beliefs in Persian literature and, hence, spoke of the invalidity of common thoughts and notions. To this end, different concepts, language, and thought have deployed to offer different interpretations. Regarding Sanai’s superior position in the consistent representation of mystical themes in Persian poetry time and his pey attention to culture, the author, through a descriptive-analytical approach, seeks to answer this fundamental question: Which are the Sanai’s methods, practices and aims that he has used to deconstruction of the common beliefs of his? What is the relation between deconstruction of beliefs in Sanai’s sonnets and mystical Orientation? And how much can his sonnets be read on Structuralis readin? It can be argued that Sanai as the father of Persian mystical poetry, through reversing semantic concepts, Qalandarane consepts, contradictory expression, and adopting the language of the mad, deconstruction of beliefs to create a new impression in readers’ minds.  Sanai is due to his mystical courage, fearlessness and spirituality, which can be influenced by the devotion to the trance (Sokr) and his follow-up of the Khorasan School. The weirdness of these themes has attracted much attention and audience and Construct and Deconstruct of Beliefs that these metodes is explored by Structuralis reading in the text in Sanai’s sonnets whithout any attention to history and ordinary sciences. To present a democratic reading of The Qur’an, Derrida introduces it as a book of hospitality and unconditional forgiveness. However, he considers The Prophet (PBUH) an exemption from this rule of hospitality. His reading of The Qur’an has not yet been examined by the scholars. The aim of this study is to investigate the reason for Derrida’s reading of The Qur'an and its separation from The Prophet (PBUH). In this descriptive-analytical- comparative method, the concepts considered by Derrida in the text of The Qur'an are examined and the epistemological status of The Prophet is analyzed on the base of the text itself. In this regard, "ontological" reading of the text of The Qur'an is used, which considers the text independent of the reader and writer. This reading is comparable to Derrida’s “deconstructive” reading since deconstruction emerged from ontological approach. This approach is similar to Allameh Tabatabai’s “Quran to Qur’an” approach which is suitable for Qur’anic studies. To avoid reducing the text of The holy Qur’an to a literary text the findings of the study in compared with the learned exegesis of Ayatollah Javadi Amuli. The findings of this study demonstrates that Derrida has ignored evidences in the text contradicting his reading, and as a result he has found the actions of The Prophet (PBUH) contrary to The Qur’an. Criticism based on semantics and admission of meaning multiplicity results in a link between the reader’s mind and diverse aspects of a text aesthetics; this correct understanding of a text induces a reader to read more and enjoy more. More reading also is a two-way process between the author and the reader whose result is a society with an elevated culture that thinks correctly and admits criticism. Contrary to this new attitude, literary traditions look for meaning absoluteness, a one-dimensional view that modern human doesn’t tolerate it, and if this kind of criticisms and literary texts become popular, a reader becomes reluctant, and passive. Then, the reader seeks, through learning criticism stages and complying with its scientific frameworks, to read more works and enjoy aesthetic and literary pleasure. As the reader encounters with emotional conflicts and lack of a healthy criticism tone, he will search for simpler and quicker ways for enjoying and entertainment and this is a major failure for a culture and art of a nation. In deconstruction school, certain tasks have been determined for reader and author that result in dynamics of literary works production and reading and inattention toward them will result in nothing but the fall of a literary and art society. This article attempts analytically to identify causes of reluctance to read literary works through a literary criticism approach. Manuscript profile

This paper reflects on Language-sociological approach on Quranic verses of language (Lesan). To do this, in a terminological approach, the verses included the word (Lesan) were extracted and 24 verses were classified using late categorization method.Among 13 issues resulted from categorization, there are considerable frequency in subjects such as Arabic language, descending Quran and prophets’ missions. This finding besides other language explanations in Quran (explanation of man’s creation) is leading us to hypothesis of centrality of language in Quran. The main question of the paper is: Do the descending of Quran in Arabic (emphasis on this feature) is to match it with Arabic culture and language, improvement, reproduce and demonization of Arabic on Ajam?  In a comparative approach, linguistic viewpoint of Quran is compared with postmodern linguistic. The result is an incomplete plan of Quranic philosophy that could be reinforced in other studies with extracting other words synonymous to Lesan.  Manuscript profile

The present sociological/criminological interpretive exploration has been done with the aim of showing the necessity and method of research in the mentioned field and has the form of "research programs" (in the sense of Lakatoshi). The researcher, with an understanding of the lifestyle in two dimensions pre-cyber and cyber, in the comparative background of the biological dimensions of crime in pre-cyber (traditional, modern) and cyber (post-modern, etc.) criminology, by adopting the deconstruction method and triangulation technique, has tried to provide an understanding of a combinatory (socio-psychobiological) concept of crime (especially cyber). By relying on the data of neurology/neurology and communication of every contemporary human act (criminal/non-criminal) with modern applications (necessary in the digital/online life context) "hand-eye-brain", attempts have been made in formulating  a contemporary and combinatory view of the organization and phenomenon mechanism of crime in the modern (cyber) system. This study, as an explanatory entry on the recognition of the hybrid (cultural-biological) foundation of cybercrime, with a preventive purpose and in the context of restorative justice, has also tried to reflect on the educational/educational needs of children and teenagers in the context of Cyber lifestyle. The reversal of affairs or inversion of meanings is the base of many ideas of Abū-Saīd Abul-Khayr in his book, Asrar al-Tawhid (The Mysteries of Unification). They can explain one of the most important reasons of attractiveness of this highly valuable mystical book. So, in this paper, first of all, some kinds of inversion of meanings are introduced, cases like preferability of wealth over poverty, the superiority of joy over retirement, superiority of tolerance over revenge and etc.. One of the main reasons for this kind of attitude is the adherence to intoxication (sokr) against sobriety (sahv) in Abū-Saīd's ideas. When he promotes moral values, explains his own states or others' moods and caters to the spiritual and material needs of all people, he uses literary language and has different approaches to the norms of his contemporaries. In this way, depending on the audience's position, Abū-Saīd chases a red herring. By using this method, he struggles with the Sufi pride of his age. In the present article, the research methodology is descriptive-analytical method. Also, new findings about Asrar al-Tawhid are taken into consideration.   Manuscript profile

In every narrative there exists a kind of deconstructive logic that is formed by the contrast between components of the narrative structure, namely, events and plot.  Concentrating on each of these components creates different readings.  Due to its tragic genre, the tale of Rostam and Sohrab must lead to disaster.  This feature turns events towards specific plot structure, and therefore, it is implied that the events are laid according to the intention of the author and in line with genre of tragedy; hence, the outcome of tragedy becomes inevitable.  On the other hand, logic and probabilities formed in the text because of chain of events implies that the logic behind events led the story towards a tragic end.  Based on this paradox, an attempt is made in this article to study this conflict in the tale of Rostam and Sohrab to analyze the plot and its semantic and structural consequences.  Weaknesses of the events, boldness of the plot, poor causal relations, rising action in order to compensate for the semantic fallacies, justifying causality of events by fate and determinism, rising suspense and plot deconstruction are among the consequences and techniques formed by the deconstructive tension between the narrative and the plot in the tale. Hafez’s time, is the era of moral decline and loss of sound principles among the different classes of people especially rulers, sovereigns, Sufis and, ascetics.  Chaos and disorder resulted from the oppression and cruelty of rulers and sovereigns on one hand and growing hypocrisy, fraud and deception of religious authorities and Sufis on the other hand led to the decline of religious and moral values.  Hafez is caught in the midst of this sinkhole of corruption and depravity, discord, and despair and in his own words he is caught “in the dark night with a fear of such frightful wave and whirlpool”.  As a thinker and a social savior, Hafez is well aware of all the pains, corruptions, and evils of the time and like a surgeon with a weapon of criticism and irony wants to open up the wounds and with affection heal the social ills.  To achieve this goal inevitably he had to choose a language, captivating and soothing enough to give new life to the otherwise lifeless words and with using variety of literary devices he creates a resurrection in the mental and customary habits and in conventional language.  Therefore the best way to attack two groups of rulers and Sufis was through writing, grabbing hold of techniques such as defamiliarization, deviation from the norm, deconstruction, antilogism, paradoxical imagery, and finally what is in general contrary to the norm and habits of the populace. Such extensive application of literary devices won Hafez his fame. Manuscript profile
