Introduction: Oxidation is one of the most important spoiling reaction in the oils and fats and might be delayed by the use of antioxidants to some extent. Coffee contains some effective phenolic antioxidants such as chlorogenic acids, caffeic acids ester and quinnic acids. The object of this research is to study the antioxidant activities of coffee extracts. Materials and Methods: In this research work coffee extracts were obtained by hexane and isopropanol after three hours of extraction period. The extracts yields and total phenolic compounds were determined using Folin ciocalteu method. The hexanolic and isoporopanolic extracts of both roasted and unroasted coffee from two varieties of coffee (Arabica, Robusta) were added to tallow at different concentrations. Peroxide value at 100UC (oven) and Induction period measurements at 110UC (Rancimat) were used as means to examine and investigate the antioxidant activities of the above extracts. Results: The results indicated that coffee extracts inhibited antioxidant activities and were able to reduce the oxidation chain reaction. The highest yield of phenolic compounds, taking Gallic acid as the index was related to the extracts obtained by isopropanol and accounted for 2.17 mg/g of dry matter. This might be due to higher polarity of isopropanol as compared to hexane. Conclusion: Among the extracts isopropanolic extract of roasted Robusta with 15% concentration exhibited the best antioxidant activity. Manuscript profile

The present study deals with the qualitative study of the two bio-worlds of women in Tehran by the religious board and the coffee shop, and the meanings, interpretations and symbols that these two groups of women express themselves are analyzed. A qualitative study in this study shows that identity factors have changed fundamentally over the past two decades, so that today Iranian women are very different from the past. The present study is based on interpretive paradigm and qualitative phenomenological research method with thematic analysis technique (theme) in Tehran. The study population of this article is women in Tehran, from which 42 people have been selected by theoretical sampling method and the information has been collected and rewritten through in-depth interviews. The research shows that the categories obtained in the formation of women's identity can be expressed in the following cases: fluid leisure, the effect of coffee shop music, the heterogeneous combination of tradition and modernism in individuality, the prevalence of religious childhood on the mental wall of activists, spiritual guidance, belief, migration and the need to reproduce the meaning of religion in the formation of identity, the dialectic of spirituality in the impact of need and sin, feminine ignorance due to prejudice, the domination of patriarchal culture and a way for women to pass, the duality of cafe and group, heterogeneous homogeneity, the deconstruction of communication, the incompatibility of modern bodies with the essence of spirituality, the combination of pleasure and spirituality, the romantic action of the heathers, the reconstruction of spiritual dialogues. The results show that when we are going to look at the formation of women's identity in today's Iranian society, we must first pay attention to the components of their influence on the religious identity that arises from the family or school. On the other hand, the emergence of new modern forms such as coffee shops in this area can have an impact on the mentality and personality of women. Women are also taking turns in changing their mental direction. In such a way that the type of attitude is not necessarily considered anti-spirituality and religion, but shows differences with the traditional religious view. On the other hand, their presence in modern places such as coffee shops shows that the acceptance of modernism in today's generation of women is undeniable.  Manuscript profile

The prevalence of overweight and obesity is increasing in worldwide. Obesity is the root cause of many diseases, including chronic diseases such as diabetes, fatty liver, and cardiovascular diseases. Overweight and obesity is a complex process that is influenced by social, cultural, behavioral, physiological, genetic and epigenetic factors. Therefore, the aim of this research was to determine the effect of 8 weeks of massage with cavitation device and green coffee supplement consumption on leptin hormone and ATGL enzyme levels in obese women. Sixty obese women with age range (20-35 years) and average body mass index (32 kg/m2) participated voluntarily in this research. Subjects were randomly divided into equal four groups; control group, cavitation massage group, green coffee supplement group, and cavitation massage with green coffee supplement groop (N= 4*15). Green coffee capsules with a dose of 200 mg were used. Training groups were massaged with a cavitation device for eight weeks, five sessions a week and according to the massage program. At the beginning of the study, fasting blood sampling was done from all groups. The sample was centrifuged at 4000 rpm for about 20 minutes, and after, the serum was prepared, the samples were immediately frozen at -70°C until the time of testing. The leptin hormone and ATGL enzyme levels of the subjects were measured by ELISA laboratory method, and at the end of eight weeks, blood sampling was done again with the same conditions as before, and the leptin hormone and ATGL enzyme levels of the subjects were measured again. Two-way analysis of variance test at 95% confidence level were used to compare the data and investigate the effect of supplementation and massage. Based on the results of this research, 8 weeks of massage with cavitation device and green coffee supplement in all treatment groups caused a significant decrease in leptin hormone level and a significant increase in ATGL enzyme level in obese women (P<0.05). In the simultaneous intervention group, the most changes were observed in leptin hormone and ATGL enzyme levels (p=0.0001). Massage with a cavitation device and green coffee supplement each have an effect on the level of leptin hormone and ATGL enzyme, but according to the results, the intervention of these two has more effects.
