        This research was conducted with the aim of studying social and cultural factors affecting sustainable urban development in Ahvaz city. The method of this research is a little of a survey type. The population of the study consisted of all citizens aged 15-60 years old in Ahwaz. The sample was 384 with the help of the Cochran formula. The statistical information was collected by researcher-made questionnaire distributed among citizens and information with high validity. In the theoretical discussion, the theoretical approach to endogenous development has been used. Statistical results indicate that there is a relationship between independent and dependent variables and all coefficients are significant. To determine whether indices of social trust, work culture, motivation and desire for development, bias and belonging to traditional and indigenous, religious beliefs, education and social participation are acceptable indicators for sustainable development in Ahwaz, a confirmatory factor model is used. The standard estimators for regression weights including factor loads show that the effect of these indices on sustainable development in Ahvaz is significant. Among these indices, social commitment with coefficient (0.78) had the highest ability to be explained and religion with coefficient (0.16) had the least ability to explain sustainable development.         Abstract This study investigates the social factors affecting business-related values orientation among marketers in Isfahan. Based on the theoretical framework and empirical research conducted in this field, five social factors have been selected as the main variables and their impact on business-related value orientation has been investigated. These include professional commitment, generational affiliation, work culture, media consumption, and social economic base. The research method of this study is "survey" type and the statistical population of this research is all those who are active in Isfahan city. The sample size was 524 Isfahan marketers who were selected using multistage cluster sampling. The findings showed that the independent variables studied in this study account for 32% of the variance of business value variables. Given the magnitude of the effect, the coefficient of determination of this value is estimated to be large. In other words, independent variables of the research are capable of explaining the variance of the value orientation of the business-related variable. The results of the independent variables individually indicate that only the effect of professional commitment variable on business orientation of value orientation is significant and the effect of other variables is not significant.         Due to rapid changes in the world this century, social development as one of the achievements of cultural change society in various fields such as industry, economy, etc. and women as part of a community can have an important role in employment In a community. The purpose of this research is Designing Structural-Interpretative Structural Analysis (ISM) of Factors Promotion of work culture for women headed by households. The statistical population of the study consisted of 12 cultural management specialists selected from among Associate Professors through homogeneous sampling. The method of this research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative section, the most relevant research on the topic of work culture was first selected based on the CASP method. Based on the high score in the selected research, 18 factors influencing the promotion of the work culture of unmarried women were identified in 5 sub-components And analyzed by Delphi. Then, in the quantitative section, the indexes were encoded and, based on the interactive matrix, distributed among the participants (12 elite) of the research, and a constraint matrix designing a structural-interpretation model was designed. The results of this study showed that the designed model consists of 11 levels which is the most important and most influential factor of working culture for abandoned women, reforming labor law as an index of the sub-component of cultural norms, and the least effective indicator on promotion of work culture, awareness of The title is one of the indicators of the sub-component of the media doctrine.         Man's relationship with the business, enhances the degree of stress or pressure in the workplace. The fact is commonplace and crucial in modern organizations. This study aimed to investigate the pathology of the family is away from home workplace in 1393. The survey methods and data collected through questionnaires distributed among the people gathered. The population consisted of 250 employees of the molten iron in Hamedan, Yazd and Kerman area working, but is living in the Isfahan city. The sample size was calculated with the help of Morgan and the sample size of 150 subjects was enrolled. In particular, the results of the data analysis, regression analysis showed a relatively strong correlation between sets of variables, and the adjusted coefficient of determination is equal to 0/389. This value indicates the statistical fact that 39% of all the consequences of a life away from work associated with six independent variables, severity of kinship and family relations, marriage, work culture, job cut, earnings and job satisfaction.   Manuscript profile

According to the tradition of experimental work ethic dimensions and components such as hard work, honesty, appreciation of work and economic activity, and avoidance of idleness and racquet piety and modesty, honesty and doing the exact job responsibilities, and fulfill the promise and covenant Punctuality is. In this paper the conceptual and operational aspects of the work ethic are based on experimental studies will be described and explained the work ethic of self-made scale. Validity and reliability of the scale made before the main data collection was conducted through a pilot study. The results of implementation among a sample of 600 men over 30 years in Tehran have been provided. The most important result of this study , the low rate of interest in savings and investment, and also noted voluntarism and motivation to succeed. The overall scale mean work ethic 61/3 on the range of 5 specimens, respectively, indicating that the rate is slightly higher than average .Among the five dimensions of work ethic, honesty, averaging 93/3 highest rank achieved. Punctuality After averaging 83/3 located. Motivation to succeed and progress at an average of 75/3 is in third place .And honoring the hard work out 62/3 in the fourth set.         The development of a desirable organizational work culture in successful organizations depends on the ability and creativity of individuals to actively participate in the proper management of the work culture. The purpose of this research is to study the sociological study of organizational work culture and its effects on the productivity of administrative staff of public universities in Sabzevar. The research method is based on a scientific approach and survey type and a questionnaire is used to collect information. The statistical sample is calculated based on the Cochran formula and the Morgan table of 205 people. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of work culture with each of the components of employee productivity. Among the components of the work culture, organizational dimension, with the correlation coefficient of 0.754, the strongest and economic demension, with a correlation coefficient of 0.448, had the weakest relation with the work culture. Among the components of employee productivity, the partnership demension, with the highest correlation coefficient of 0.855, and the strongest organizational commitment, with a correlation coefficient of 0.557, had the weakest relationship with employee productivity. Also, based on the beta coefficient of regression, the total demensions of work culture explain 68 percent of the variance in employee productivity. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study, was construction and standardization of work culture for educational staff in Tehran. 250 employees in were cluster sampling, from educational region in Tehran. by reviewing of theoretical background and research questions related to this field of study, preparation , implementation polating the test and deleting the inappropriate items, 30-item  remained validity of the test content was confirmed by experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were calculated by ( آلفا = 0.86). Exploratory factor analysis of the showed that the four cooperation and group harmony, interest and solidarity work, commitment and loyalty was found. Verification analysis also shows that the four- factor model had an acceptable fit to the data. Conclusion: The results showed that the test of work culture and its sub-components have acceptable reliability and validity and also the results of the test showed that the distribution of scores between the rate components of employees work culture (except for group collaboration and empathy) there is no significant difference between men and women.   Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of work culture on innovative behavior and organizational performance using a structural eqation modelling in the Ardabil primary teachers. Th research method was cause-correlational. The population includes 720 Ardabil primary teachers, from which a sample of 246 participants were selected by the Kokrun Formula and cluster sampling method tested. The instruments are of three types: work culture Ahmadi (1391), innovative behavior questionnaire Johnson (2000), a questionnaire organizational performance Ahmadi (1392),reliability indexes are 0.89, .88, 085 respectively. The research used SPSS20 to analyse raw data and then Lisrel8.56 software to analyse the structural equatiion model. The findings of the statistical analysis showed that the impact work culture on innovative behavior and oganizational performance of teachers is positive and meaningfull. The causal model designed based on structural equation model was fitted. the GFI equelled to 0.90 and the remaining root mean squares in the latent variable model equalled to 0.065. as a result, the structural equation model of work culture had a effective impact on the innovative behavior and organizational performance of Ardabil primary teachers.
