Among the poets; Tahereh Saffarzadeh, Simin Behbahani, Sepideh Kashani and Fatemeh Rakaei are among the women critical poets; This research tries to study the themes, methods of expression, tone and format of protest in the poems of famous poets after the Islamic Revolution in various fields (political, social, religious, moral, economic, cultural, etc.) and the common denominator and Examine the differences between their poems in this regard.This research has been done in a descriptive-analytical, statistical manner using library studies.Poets have a realistic and at the same time cross-border attitude in criticizing the problems of the country or human society; As their protest poems are a reflection of the socio-political conditions of society and time, and such poems in addition to the active presence of women poets in the political and literary arenas of society is a confirmation of the sociological theory of literature that always affects art from social and political contexts. Ultimately, the purposeof protest poetry is to preserve Islamic values, reform society, and combat injustice.The highest frequency of reflection of protest themes in Tahereh Saffarzadeh's poems and the lowest frequency is related to Sepideh Kashani, which has been composed in the form of Sepid, Nimai, Ghazal, Rubaei, etc. in political and social fields, respectively. According to the findings, their average social health was 56.45% and perceived social support was 72.8%. The result of Pearson's correlation test showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between perceived social support and social health of veterans of East Azerbaijan Province. Also, there was no significant relationship between social health and the percentage of veterans, age, and duration of the veterans' presence in the war, but there was a significant difference between the social health of veterans according to their literacy, veterans with education lower than diploma had the largest average difference with other groups.In explaining the results of the present research, it can be said that creating social relationships with community members and receiving social support from family and surrounding people improves the social health of veterans. If people's bond with the group and support is stronger, the possibility of isolation and jeopardizing their health will decrease. e. Manuscript profile

        The present study tries to show how the concept of women and politics in the two prominent newspapers of our country, the Islamic Republic and Kayhan, has changed after the victory of the Islamic Revolution? In this article, using the method of analysis - content and data collected from the National Library and the Islamic Consultative Assembly, as well as the archives of the above two newspapers to analyze the headlines, reports, photographs and cartoons published on the subject of women And politics is addressed. Based on the findings of the study, the hypothesis of this study, which was based on: Kayhan newspaper was generally inattentive to women's specific issues and after many years of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, this practice has not changed, but the Jomhuri Eslami newspaper Despite less history, more efforts to address women's specific issues have been rejected. The results show that the highest rate of growth in the conceptual evolution of women and politics is related to Kayhan newspaper.         The purpose of this study is to present a model for improving the productivity of human capital in government organizations with the approach of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution (exemplary employees of government departments in the oil industry). The research method is descriptive-exploratory which has been done with a combined approach (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of the study consists of sample employees of the selected public sector in the oil industry during the years 1394 to 1399. Data collection tools were semi-structured and in-depth interviews. According to the obtained results, it can be seen that causal conditions have a direct and significant positive effect on the central phenomenon and indirectly on strategies and consequences. Underlying factors, intervening factors and pivotal conditions have also had a direct and significant positive effect on strategies and indirectly on consequences. Each of the cultural institutions and executive bodies must train their human resources to the extent of their capacities, facilities, concerns and efforts to take positive and effective steps towards the realization of the declaration of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. In this research, Amad News Telegram channel has been investigated and analyzed using qualitative method and data obtained from field research (interview). The main question of this research is that what effects did this channel have on the internal dimension of national security of the Islamic Revolution during its activity?The findings show that, in the national dimension, Amadyaoz by "directing and deviating public opinion" and "creating duality" and at the "individual level" in two dimensions by encouraging "civil disobedience"&"individual departure against the system under the influence of this network's inductions".
