         According to the urgent need of today's society, providing a suitable model for sustainable socialdevelopment can be the only way out of the many problems of today's society at the intersection of social,economic, political, biological, etc. problems. This importance will not be realized without a new look at thesechallenges and creativity in entrepreneurship. Therefore, in this research, we seek to provide a sustainablesocial development model based on entrepreneurial planning. The current research has a fundamental purposeand a practical approach, and the research method is mixed.The current research has a fundamental goal and apractical approach, and the research method is mixed. The number of which is 11 people, and in the quantitativepart, they include senior managers, experienced people, in the employment sector of Golestan province, andusing simple random sampling method, 950 people were selected, and the sample size is 274 people based onMorgan's table. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative part is a semi-structured interview and inthe quantitative part it is a researcher-made questionnaire. Content analysis model was used to identifysustainable social development indicators and meta-composite model was used to identify entrepreneurialplanning indicators.          Today, the power of responsibility for customer needs and rapid adaptation to environmental changes, has created an important factor in the existence and growth of organizations, which manifests itself in the concept of strategic agility. Given the extensive literature on strategic agility and the lack of a general framework for strategic agility in organizations, the present study aims to provide a conceptual framework of strategic agility through research review.This study was performed based on the analysis of 24 articles published in the period 2010 to 2021 in the field of strategic agility. These articles were analyzed and classified in MaxQDA 2020 software using open, axial and selective coding method.The results of data analysis concluded 112 primary codes and 38 categories were classified under the six dimensions of "causal conditions", "contextual conditions", "main phenomenon", "intervening conditions", "strategies" and "consequences".Causal conditions in factors such as competitive complexity; Underlying conditions in convergent organizational culture; The main phenomenon in the identification and rapid response to change; Interfering conditions in the inertia of organizational resources; Strategies in areas such as open strategy; And finally, the consequences such as competitive advantage and high adaptability were counted.
