        Menopause is the important factor in women’s health. Medical progresses indicated women must believe that menopause has not serious danger but some factors such as smoking can be increases premature menopause. In this period social life, feelings and function in women are affected by menopause. Hot flash is the prevalent sign in this period. Usage of ocp can reduce hot flash and other sings such as osteoporosis. This study is a cross-sectional descriptive one accomplished with 329 of the women at the 44-50th of the ages. The sample was selected randomly. The data were collected by a two part questionnaire.the first part included personal and special questions and the second part contained questions about efficacy of the ocp on menopause’s sings. After collecting data they were coded and uploaded to computer for analysis.The SPSS soft-ware was used. In this study 329 subjects were literate 24/9% and 95/5%.were married. Most of them 17/9% were menopausal in the 50th of their ages. 28/3% of them had used ocp and 68/7% had hot flash. There was not any significant relation between usage of ocp and hot flash. Daily taking shower was the only effective factor on the hot flash.Menopause has effected on physical exercise, on the other hand after menopause there was a severe reduction on physical exercise by women.         Abstract The current study investigated the effect of group cognitive behavioral intervention on depression and life expectancy of menopausal women.The study was performed in a semi experimental design by  pretest, post test and control group.Statistical population of this study was consist of all menopausal women visiting gynecology clinics in the city of Ramsar in the spring of 1394.Among them 32 women were chosen according to the input and output criteria of the study by convenience sampling and they were randomly divided in groups of 16( treatment and control group).All participants completed assessment tools including Beck's depression inventory and Miller life expectancy in pretest and Post test.Experimental group was treated by cognitive behavioral interventions in 8 sessions;however, the control group did not receive any intervention.Data analysed by covariance analysis.The results showed a meaningful variations for all the variables.According to the results of this study cognitive behavioral interventions were a proper method for decreasing depression and increasing  life expectancy in menopausal women.         Background and Aim:Women's rights is one of the main issues that has been focused by jurists and lawyers. From a legal point of view, considering women's natural rights is the initial step to realize their rights. This main point can be achieved just by adverting some particular circumstances that they may experience via their lives.studying jurisprudence areas is not sufficient for legislation, so to find a better understanding of legislation, this situation should also be examined from the perspective of psychology and medicine context. One of the big gaps in women's rights is neglecting women's rights during menopause, childbirth and especially her monthly discomforts.In all contemporary legal systems focusing on the rights and responsibilities of women during menstruation -as one of their natural rights- is a necessary basis for the development of laws and citizenship rights.Materials and Methods: This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.Conclusion:Therefore the current research,relying on medical, psychological, legal and jurisprudential evidence and applying descriptive analytical methods In the menopause, in the position of proving or rejecting the hypothesis by reviewing jurisprudence,medicine and psychology we came to the conclusion that our law neither supports this state of women nor passed any laws or protective measures.         Cardiovascular disease is related with various risk factors. The most important of these are age. Coronary arterial disease mortality is increased after menopause. It is due to hypoestrogenemia. Soy bean is a source of fetoestrogen that is similar to hormone. The most important fetoestrogen is isoflavone. Soy bean is source of isoflavone that can decrease serum total cholesterol so protect of heart disease.In this randomized clinical trial 50 menopause women with hyper lipidemia and inclusion criteria were chosen. They were divided randomly to two groups (control and soya milk) diet. In soya milk group they were given 1 liter soya milk every day for 12 weeks. In control group they were not given soya milk or any product of soya. Initial and after 12weeks they were assayed for serum lipids profile. Data were collected and analyzed by SPSS software. There were no significant changes in serum lipids profile (triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, total cholesterol) within control group Initial and after 12 weeks (P=NS). There were no significant changes in serum lipids profile) triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, total cholesterol) within soya milk group Initial and after 12 weeks (P=NS). There were no significant changes in serum lipids profile) triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, total cholesterol)between soya milk group and control group Initial and after 12weeks (P=NS).It seems soy milk has no actually effects on serum lipids profile, therefore this subject need to additional studies.
