Purpose: Islamic management based on the divine values of Islam, will provide the fields of vision based on the Islamic teaching and ultimately revolutionary teaching. The religious leadership was able to challenge the world domination system by providing new Islamic discourse and offering solutions. In the present era Ayatollah Khamenei as the Muslims leader is headed to the top of the Islamic state, and in fact he is the exterminator of Islamic philosophy and is well known for the needs of time, therefore the best guide in general principles of the system is his directives.in terms of strategy, Methods: This study is qualitative and on the one hand is fundamental orientation. Considering that we seek to discover the strategic priorities of revolutionary management from the viewpoint of the supreme leader, the aim of this study is explanatory and is used from content analysis strategy. Results: First, revolutionary management identifiers were extracted from his comments and speeches by theoretical sampling method and finally, according to deep theoretical study and interviews with experts, six identifiers theme, with the titles of hope, god-centered morality, determination and assertiveness, insight and knowledge, responsiveness and vivacity and spirit were extracted. Conclusion: Paying attention to aspiration lead to bright horizons creation, therefore the art of thought creation and revolutionary action can be considered the most important attribute. The Islamic State is a new strategic concept in the civilizational vision of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (Mod Zaleh Al-Ali), which has not been documented and the lack of a strong background regarding this concept, the design of the model of the Islamic State to move in the second step. Revolution and achievement of new Islamic civilization is necessary. This research was conducted with the aim of presenting the model of Islamic government based on Islamic management and modern government management in the general administrations of Fars province. The current research is developmental-applicative in terms of purpose and survey in terms of nature. The statistical population of this research includes 131,719 employees of the general offices of Fars province, based on the Morgan-Jersey table, a sample size of 384 people was selected by simple random method. The tool for collecting information in this research is a questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by a group of experts and the content validity ratio (CVR) was calculated as 0.976. . Validation and fit of the research model was also measured in the form of structural equations using partial least squares method and SmartPLS-3 software. The results showed that the measurement model has good validity and fit, and the quality of the model is good, and there is a significant relationship between modern public administration and Islamic government and Islamic administration and Islamic government in the general administrations of Fars province; according to this; Both variables of Islamic Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted as a development-applied design. Statistical population of members of Islamic councils, districts, villages; Which are317people. The sample size was calculated with Cochran's formula equal to 175 people; The assessment tool is a two-part questionnaire including demographic characteristics and questions to measure the attitudes of respondents about the role of Islamic councils with the approach of Islamic management and governance in various dimensions of urban and rural development including political, cultural, economic, social and health development. The main purpose of this article is to study the dimensions of Islamic management and jihadi management from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah. Management is a process of social interaction; because leaders can influence the behavior of their followers and control the results of their actions. Since the Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balaghah are the most important sources of wisdom and intellectual and practical thought of the Supreme Leader in the management and administration of society. The research method of this article is a review and the historical study is of library type. This article, which is influenced by Nahj al-Balagheh's perspective on management, examines the traits of managers and their interaction with people and colleagues, explains jihadi management, and expresses the most important management characteristics. The purpose of this study was to investiate the dimensions of competency of managers through research synthesis with emphasis on Islamic management. The study is qualitative and of synthesis research type. Population were comprised of all studies carried out on managers competency dimensions from databases between 2010 and 2022, totaling 140 articles, that were classified and screened through content analysis, of which 47 articles (8 external sources and 39 internal sources) that met the criteria of the research were selected by purposive sampling as a statistical sample and examined. In order to collect the required information, a checklist made by the researcher was used to report and record the information of the initial researches, which was collected by searching with different keywords related to the purpose of the research. Robert’s six-stage model of synthesis research was used to analyze the findings. The validity of the proposed framework was evaluated on the basis of four criteria: credibility, transferability, trustworthiness, and confirmability. The result of the inductive and compositional content analysis of the categories is the extraction of the conceptual framework of the manager's competency dimensions factors around 4 levels: Belief-value, individual, professional (vocational) and managerial.
